Glory be to God. I am so grateful for the Amen app. I spend so much time on my phone it’s maddening and it’s because I usually open one of the several social media apps and scroll endlessly…it’s harmful to my mental/emotional/SPIRITUAL health when I do that. It drains me of the joy and peace in my heart and it’s been a very hard habit to break. That said, I like the every day notifications that I get from the Amen App. I recommend to all my brothers and sisters that they turn on the notifications for this app! The notifications remind me to remain in Christ and be steadfast in my love and worship of Him at all times of the day! I need those reminders. I like the notifications too because they are simple excerpts about the Bible readings of the day and they really draw me in to watching the meditations. After many years of turning my back on Christ, I am here now expressing infinite gratitude to Him because he saved my life. He helped me through a very bleak period of my life. I have been a Catholic all my life and not known what that actually means. Now I am learning, and it’s awesome. I downloaded Amen today. I explored it for about 1.5 hours straight before being presented with this survey.
I have tried a little of every section, except for sleep. Maybe that is why they sent me a survey already. I like Amen better than Hallow and Amen is free! Amen is so much easier to use and I like Amen’s offerings better.
A friend recommended it. I thought I would try to spend an hour with it to try it out. I liked everything so much I spent 1.5 hours without even checking my clock to see if it had been an hour.
I don’t have time right now to say specifically what I liked about each section, but I will say that I tried the music last. I only listened to the Adoration music in that section so far. I think it is beautiful, calm, soothing background music to Adore Jesus in my heart and worship at home at bed time, in bed, before falling asleep. It is 15 minutes long, which is a perfect length of time for me at that time of day. Everything else would be great for me earlier in the day, except Amen has some offerings specifically for bedtime that are probably great, but they looked like they would be too long for me. I thought everything else was just the perfect length of time. Nothing I tried felt like it was too long.
My guess is that Amen will send me more surveys in the future. I can praise more of Amen’s great offerings then, when I have more time.Show lessDebbie C. in Arkansas

This app is extraordinary!! I benefit from it everyday and I find myself wanting to listen and my faith seems to grow and grow because of all of the offerings of AMEN! The Divine Mercy in song meditation recently added is beyond measure and will fill your soul as never expected!!!!!! Thank you for offering it, I pray it becomes a permanent offering to us!!! Please keep it on the app…have never that I can remember gained so much every time I use it from anything other Catholic app… amazing work and send with God leading all of you involved in its building and production! Great Catholic App
This is the best catholic app! I was already listening to USCCB daily scripture passages, reflections in FORMED,Advent reflections, and Chris Staphonic’s one minute meditations. Now I can stop all those emails Reminders, because I don’t need them in my inbox any longer. Just open my Amen app each day. I have severe low vision, The only downside to this app is that I cannot enlarge the print that is displayed in the app.
Again… I would love it if you could do away with the icons and just use larger print so I can actually read and open the correct title. Or, right under the icon so it is more legible. As you can see from my repeated use… I do love the Amen app!Show lessmargie321

I am enjoying the Amen app immensely. So far, I’ve listened to the daily Mass readings, the daily reflections with Dr. Tim Gray, and several meditations. Each one builds on the others and now this is how I start my day. I get up a little earlier to have time to focus on the Scriptures through your app. I finally found a solution that will assist me in digging deeper into the Scriptures. My husband and I each have your Bible in a Year hard copy. While he is making his way through it in an albeit at a slower than daily pace, I’m looking forward to picking up where I left off by incorporating the Amen app audio sometime soon. I hope you are able to add more meditations. They are so beautiful and I’ve found healing through them. We are Mission Circle members, and I’m so glad we are. You are finding excellent ways to use our donations to help us personally. I didn’t expect that. My daughter and I started using this app for sleep meditations. Pretty soon we found ourselves using it daily, even so much as for her to ask me which sleep meditation I plan to play at night so she can listen to the same one and we can discuss the storyline the following day. Now that I’m using the sleep meditation daily, I’m exploring more content in the app; I’m impressed with the quality of the content and the slick GUI of the app. Reminds me of a Catholic-oriented version of the Calm app of which I am a premium subscriber. I can’t believe I just found this app
There is another popular app that rhymes with Shallow that I have been listening to daily. It does great work, but it’s getting commercialized and cluttered with material. There are a lot of “big Catholic names” on there that commercialize our faith through social media. It’s become overwhelming and a distraction to my prayer life. I found this Amen app and it’s been absolutely wonderful listening to the daily readings and sleep stories. It also has the audio of my favorite book, Uniformity with God’s Will. Clearly one of the best
I have installed various apps that clam to be the best, yet I have found them to be lacking if not completely decline on focus or scattered. The mixture of Peaceful music and direct focus on scripture as well as exegetical interpretation but in a way that not overwhelming. Short and simple for all to enjoy and if desired, the opportunity to make notes for later reference. I would say this app should be the first folks should start their day and the app to close your day with. It doesn’t take too long. Sets the mood for the day. Impressive!
Love Tim Gray’s daily reflections on the liturgy’s readings. He is clear, concise and inspiringly insightful. Seems honest and down to earth- what a gift that he’s sharing his gift with us! I’ve been loving the addition of the Amen Ap and the daily email with the readings of the day, the meditative music and sacred art the thought provoking questions, the opportunity to pray silently with the music and to journal and print my daily journal entries. And this past week when I was hitting some glitches the support response was timely and effective! I am truly impressed and grateful for this Ap- and it’s free!!! Love that!!!
