Useless
This app sinced with my device twice, but since then crashes every single time. It’s crap. Now I can’t send the rhythm to the doctor or interpret it myself ( I’m a former ICU nurse) because you can’t see enough of the rhythm on the device to interpret.Mcfee22

I am having the same problem others have noted. The device worked beautifully 10 or 15 times but now when I try to download the app crashes. It will no loinger synch. It is now useless!
Also annoying was having to wade through ads for the device I was using!-RetiredDoc-

Initially it did the sync fine- but as another reviewer said the app just shuts down and no many how many times you try it won’t sync. Dosgusted as I am trying to get a reading to ensure my husband isn’t in AFib. Device may be great but app stinks!JanRN14
RESTART YOUR PHONE/TABLET
App works great!
To access the settings you need to restart your phone or tablet and then the app will allow you to reset the length of the test to 30 seconds.
This is not stated anywhere, but I did it and now the app works great!ke6jph
App is terrible
I think the device is good. A Dr recommended I get myself one of these. It’s a shame I can’t get the stupid app to sync. It took several tries and then as hard shut down to get it to do so initially. After about 3 uses, it stopped syncing again. it gets through step one, then just gets stuck about a third through step two and takes so long that the device shuts down. Then you have to start over, but it does the same thing. It’s sad because they probably get a lot of returns on the device which seems just fine. It does you no good however without a decent app to get the info synced to your phone. Fix your app, people! I gave it one star. Zero would be more accurate.Show less150Ps
Useless toy
App is horrible. Cannot access settings to change default measurement duration. Settings screen is blank. No tech support available. Half of the items on the pull down menu on the web site do not work. Sending the device back!jsjr000

Following issues need t be fixed:
1. Ability to download from device to app data from more than one reading (anything more than one, data is LOST).
2. Ability of app to store more than 10 readings total (again, if not able to get data from device to app, data is LOST).
4. Ability to select AND HAVE SAVED which lead is being used.
5. Ability for date to stay on the correct date instead of 1 day behind.Show lessfrustration abound

I am going to be sending the machine back. You can’t change the date in the app and you have to synchronize the machine every time you do an EKG so you can get an updated one.Maggers1938
