Hello Twitter fans. Despite the ongoing disintegration of our favourite website, development of Broadcast goes on unabated. Well, slightly abated. Can you believe this is Broadcast's first update in over a year? I’m as surprised as you are that there weren’t any disastrous bugs in the first version. At least not any that you complained about. I'm thrilled to announce that iOS 16 broke the background for Broadcast’s composer, and it's taken me until now to add the one line of code needed to fix it. (Having a small child changes your priorities. Who'd have thought?!) While I'm here, I should mention that I had big plans for Broadcast 2.0, including multiple media uploads and alt text, but I was kind of waiting for Twitter's 2.0 API to support those features, and, well, who knows what's even going to happen to the company now. All that is to say, thanks for supporting this dumb experiment of an app. I hear some of you love it, which is pretty cool if you ask me. I'm going to have to see if I can sell it to a egotistical maniac for an absurd amount of money.
