Is it worth it?
Tried to make an order ‘as a guest’ but after I made the order, the app forces you to register, thus resetting the order.
Also items are £1 dearer to order via the app, then it adds an additional service charge on top of the order at the checkout. This just annoyed me, so deleted the app and went to the store in the traditional way.

App is buggy
Lots of bugs can’t access the app to order.
Not a happy customer!
App freezes and doesn't allow to scroll down. Worked after a few attempts.
New app download 50% discount code doesnt work. Promotion date on poster states it ends on 31/03/22. Code first50 doesn’t work so full price at checkout.
Rang my local Franksters and the lady was not helpful. Told me theres a glitch, so I asked her to refund me half when collecting the food. To which she replied, management have taken the promotion off.
So basically false advertising.
Didn't want to let the kids down so ordered anyway and paid around £42 instead of £21. Thankfully the food was hot and tasty.

Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work on iPhone. Won’t rotate to get to checkout to actually pay for good. Lol. POS. 😂

Honestly it’s so hard to use, logs you out all the time and once you order it confusing, for me when I ordered there was no choice to deliver only collect so I went along with it but on the order receipt there’s no order number and says ‘collection’ then says ‘delivering to *my address* it’s so confusing it made me laugh 😂💀
