Good customer service
I was contacted by Sam A, the customer service rep a day after purchasing a vin report and a window sticker. He asked how it was and I was honest and said I got the info I needed but I was slightly misled on the website because I had to buy a vin report and a window sticker separate when I thought they came together. He helped me understand why that was and made sure I felt good about the purchase. I was originally also worried that the website wasn’t real but with my results, it’s all real and offers good service and good details on the vin report.

Misleading and wildly inaccurate window sticker
For some reason I fell for the bot comments on Reddit forums advertising detailed vehicle history’s window stickers. I ended up getting one for the Polestar I just purchased and I can tell you that it includes only very basic information you could find scrapped from the web. Most of the useful information that you would find on an OEM window sticker is not present and it literally misses all of the options and packages on my car. Don’t waste your money
