I book in advance every time at least 6 hours and there always 30 MINUTES LATE!!! it’s extremely frustrating, even when I book them 30 minutes early they somehow STILL end up being 29 minutes late… it’s a joke.

Poor service
Pre booked a taxi 4 days in advance. After 10 minutes of waiting for the taxi on the day of my booking at the pre booked time, I received a text message saying there was high demand and they were trying to source a taxi. I tried calling but got an automated message.
I ended up late for my appointment and had to ask a friend for a lift
What is the point of having an app service if you can’t get a taxi to customers that are booked days in advance.

Waste of time
Downloaded app, supplied all of the details they request for the app to just not work.
Doesn’t even let me sign up
Tried several times to resend email confirmation and after like 5 attempts I’m just giving up, wasted my time.
Broken app
Got logged out. No email codes arrive for forgotten password or creating a new account.

It’s utter rubbish. Can’t even create an account, never mind anything else.
Use every day
I use Tower Cabs/TAXIFIRST on a daily basis, at least twice, to get my son to and from school. He’s 11, Autistic and goes in the taxi on his own, because I have three younger ones to take to school. Most of the taxi drivers are super lovely and very understanding. I sometimes pay in cash, sometimes on card and sometimes in advance and I rarely get any problems now, thankfully! Sometimes, I forget to prebook a taxi and remember in the morning and even then, I can get a cab on time, for him to get to school! Sometimes, I’ve got to change the time, but only slightly, so it’s perfect! My son is very nervous and the drivers help him feel at ease. He’s even been able to pay himself, via card and cash! He’s getting a lot more confident and independent with it all now. Thank you for keeping our minds at rest and making the process easy! I have to admit, I’ve had a lot of problems in the past, but since they’ve combined companies, I’ve rarely had problems. Sometimes, some of the drivers overcharge us massively, but apart from that, alls good! Great company in all.

Useless App - They Ignore Your Booking
Booked a taxi to catch a morning train. Taxi didn’t show, so rang them and the operator basically said I should have called, that there was no way they could get to me in time for the booking, that I was going to miss my train to London for work, and if I called they could have prioritised it. Why wasn’t it a priority already? I booked it the night before?? They didn’t even try to help, and due to the morning rush I missed the train afterwards too trying to sort this out. Operator completely unsympathetic, basically blamed me for not giving myself enough time. It’s a 6 minute journey by car! Absolutely disgusting, useless, avoid this company. They don’t even let you know if they’re running late so it’s not like you can find an alternative in time.
