Just began playing and it’s casual fun! However quite the production went into this app, so I wish it was for R E A L money!!?? Also, I don’t really understand what all of it means or the plot twist for this games?? It’s difficult as it is quite a “busy” layout. But good news, I haven’t spent any of my real money yet, and I’ve just now played for approximately 30 total mins, just to try to understand what I’m doing here Idk!? Used to be fun
This was my favorite game for a while but something changed with the algorithm and it’s not really fun anymore. There are way fewer options for how much you can bet. What Used to be 400k, 600k, 1mm, 1.2mm, 1.8mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 20mm is now 400k, 1mm, 5mm, 10mm, 20mm…that’s a drastic difference. Wins are few and far between. Seems like an attempt to make more money. At the expense of customers enjoying themselves.
RE: developer response. That’s not what my review is about. It’s in reference to the change in bid options. The change was drastic, From 13 bid options down to 5 bid options. Makes the game less fun as there is not as much opportunity for the strategy that your talking about.Show lessDanOwensReid

Well, this game used to fun. Now, it’s littered with so many ads that it’s unplayable. Win a big win - ad, changes games - ad, switch between missions - ad. What was once an incentive to watch for coins is now an overbearing annoyance. Done with this - your marketing person needs to be fired.
You missed the point above… occasional ads and those with an incentive to watch (free coins) as an option are fine. As you have it now, there are far too many and far too disruptive, too long, and frankly seeing the same annoying ad over and over again is pointless - you’ve achieved your objective, I will not be buying any of those games - and I’ve been motivated by your advertising to let anyone whose ad appears know that your abuse of this mechanism is the reason.Show lessLasagna329
Hats off for a great game
This is a great game to play. The game has very good animation, artistry and pays good wins on an often basis. The bonus games are fun and pay well.
I think the creators did a very good job of designing the game and the programmer created an interesting layout that is fun to play.
Keep up the good work. I will be looking for more interesting gaming opportunities from this company and I am sure that the future productions will be just as good if not better than the current one. I am amazed at the Hugh payouts of this game. I have been a game player for a long time and I can truthfully say that this game tops any that I have played so far. Hats off to the creators, programmers and especially the illustrator and animation artists. I’m the whole, the whole team of participants did excellent jobs of developing this game.

I liked this game at first but after a little while you can spin over 500 times and still not get the bonuses, no jackpot, free spins, it would be great if it actually gave you a chance to win something. I can bet 20,000 and it will not give you but a portion let’s say 800, 1,000 to 4,000 if that when you win on the spin! I started putting it on the auto spin button to see if I’d win anything, I’d start out with 2,600,000,000 and end up with less than 100,000 so many times that I finally deleted the app! I hope you can adjust the problem so that you’re not always losing and I’ll download it again! ThanksShow lessNo bonuses not happy
Horrible Customer Service
They say statistically customers only write a reviews when they have a negative experience and I rather enjoyed this game. They are constantly updating and adding new features, but everyone knows that sometimes when you add new things sometimes old things break. The best way to solve a problem when presented by a issue you created is to admit fault, fix the problem, and try to make it right with anyone affected by the problem. Luckily these developers practice gaslighting and lack accountability to admit fault which created enough resentment in me to give them a one star/ bad review. The developers added a new feature that broke another one which made me actually lose my “In App” purchases. When presenting them with this problem they gladly told me to have fun and deny that the problem exists. I am glad their customer service practices the art of gaslighting, because really what I paid for was me questioning my own sanity, which led me to question why on earth was I giving money to people who have this characteristic. This gave me a flashback to my drug seeking days, which made me realize my drug dealer never cared about anything but the money. This one “In App” purchase gave me a moment of self reflection to admit I have a addictive personality and there is always someone to exploit this for a profit. If they had good customer service I would still be playing and not realize I need to go find the local Gamblers Anonymous.Show lesschrisfranzen

I can honestly say that this is truly one of the better apps for slot-type play. From the crazy amount of different games to choose from to the astounding variety of ways to win, this app can keep me playing for hours. The animation and interaction is really great! And that is no small feat. It is always a go-to when I want to play something. My major problem is one that arose suddenly and recently. For some reason the player is now FORCED to sit through insufferable advertisements for other games, generally after a big win. These are complete game killers for me and have often made me want to stop playing entirely. Oftentimes, you cannot opt out of them and you have little to recourse but to sit through them until you can click out! And some of the ads play like 30 second television spots! I can understand the need for upwelling and even the need to highlight other games. But the frequency and duration of these ads make me want to stop playing altogether.Show lessbuzzy_melman

After playing this game for several weeks, I am leaving my review and then deleting.. Like most other slot games, the wins are hot at first. I expect this. I also expect it not to last past a certain game level. But what I DO expect is to ACTUALLY be able to complete missions or trigger wins when I am consistently spending to play. I don’t appreciate spending $20 and losing not only the recent coins, but ALL of my earnings even at low bets because you made the missions IMPOSSIBLE to complete. Why put a mission to win during free spins on a game when the gamer has to spin OVER 250 Times just to trigger free spins! It feels like you set people up to lose so they spend more… I give a game about 30 days of spending and if I EVER hit a zero balance as a spending player I delete the game. In the 45 days I have had this app, I have never hit a zero balance. I did tonight, even after I spent money on your pop ups.. in 45 days I have spent over $100 To keep playing becuase I have no problem paying to play… but $100 is not something I’m willing to pay when I spin over 500 times and only get about 95 actual wins… terrible…Show lessCherita78
