Okay, I can put up with winning less than 1% of the time. I can even deal with the fact that it’s not unusual for free spins and bonus games to win $0. But, ripping people off when they make purchases is unconscionable. Today’s rip-off was to offer a coin package that includes a “Cash Spin”. However, nowhere does it say that you’re actually NOT getting a free Cash Spin, you’re only purchasing the opportunity to BUY a Cash Spin! That’s called bait and switch… lead people to think they are getting something and then after they pay, SURPRISE, you actually DON’T get what you thought you were purchasing. So far lots of jackpots, However only been playing a short while, like usual the longer you play and the higher you bet the less jackpots or anything else you hit and you run out of money within an hour...all games hit great at first then nothing....if I really want to gamble I’ll go to a real casino where I can win real money, this is just for fun....why should I pay $4.99 for something that is gonna be gone in an hour like the free money was...I gladly watch the ads but I’m not spending real money to kill time with...let us win some money while we watch your ads!! BEWARE on Payouts and NOT receiving free games
UPDATE: The developer has contacted me for my user ID which is Guest0190. I will update again when I know a resolution. I have contacted customer service with no reply. I have put everything in Contact Us on the apps with several pictures to document the problem. I have played another game today won free games several times on different days but the game did not allow me to play free games. The game to all my coins by not letting me accumulate more from free games If you are going to play be very attentive that winnings are actually added to your total and take a snap shot of any free games that were NOT triggered for you to play. Good luck getting Customer Service to even respond I am sure they are overwhelmed with all the claims being filed.Show lessGuest0190
To many advertisements now.
This game used to be a 5 star game but ever since the last update I have been forced to watch advertisement after advertisement before I can even play. There used to be advertisements that you could voluntarily watch up in the corner, which I sometimes would, to gain more cash. But now I am forced to watch them, a lot of them, even to get my daily bonus. This game was always so fun because it was bright and colorful and it was almost impossible to run out of money because of all of the bonus opportunities they gave you to get some of it back. Now I don’t even want to play because the few minutes I have to get on it throughout the day is spent watching their advertisements. Such a shame for a game to go from one of my favorites on my phone to one I want to delete. And I am not going to pay extra to have the advertisements removed. My real money is worth more than that. I will just find another free slot machine game on the app store. There are plenty out there. This used to stand above and beyond all of the other slot games but now its one of the worst. I play these games to unwind and have fun after a long day of working. But now I spend all my time watching advertisements. Nothing fun about that.Show lessOEmFGee

Really enjoyed this game for some time now and have made several purchases but it seems like all my progress was for nothing as when you get to higher levels the quests and missions become almost impossible without spinning a high bet and you get barely any bonus round at that stake, struggling to be able to play it anymore without forking out a fortune for coins.. really disappointed as it is actually a good game with a lot going on… guess progression is not always a good thing… oh and the dolls.. wow.. Im nearly at level 2000 and still not upgraded them all yet far from it actually and I have played it a lot!Show lessjust me 1310
Too many ads
I’ve had this game for about a year and seems like they add more ads every month! So to collect a big win now I HAVE to watch an ad! It just goes straight into it, no choice asked! Annoying much!pfungalei
Great game until
I don’t mind paying for fake coins if the game is fun and this game is fun. However after each purchase the price of every in app purchase goes up. So say 1 billion coins was $1 after a few purchases it’s now $29… and that bugs. Support is crap, I was in a bonus game that was going to get big payouts as it had wild reels and a multiplier… after the first spin I won like 7 billion which advanced my quest, which exited the slot when I had 7 more spins coming and it never paid my 7 billion out. I contacted support immediately and they said they were looking into asap and a week later I never heard anything back. I will not be purchasing more coins for a game that is not paying out. As others noted as well the more you play the less it pays. All slots get super tight to the point of not getting any bonuses or special features … Stay away until they can get their stuff together.

I have been playing these games for a few months now and I really like it! It’s become my favorite gaming app to play BUT I have had a few problems getting the free CASH SPINS. You are supposed to get a cash spin with each purchase. I have made 2 separate purchases and I supplied the receipts to prove it, which was asked when I asked my question. But no one ever got back to me. I have also had a few other questions and none of those have been addressed either. Not having good customer service will make me change gaming apps. I don’t feel like I’m asking a lot. Just reply to my questions after I have sent proof of my purchase that they requested. So, I’ve done everything on my end, now it’s time for them to do what needs to be done on their end!!!Show lessCici1668

The games are great however purchased a boost pack once was never able to use the boost. There’s no opportunity to purchase a masters club membership unless your happy with just having it open for a few days here and there if your lucky enough to win enough stuff to get it to open. I don’t mind spending some real money to play a game as long as it’s worth it and unfortunately you’re not getting decent playing coins for the money you have to spend unless you spend over a certain amount of money way to expensive. But the games are fun when u have the coins to play and the graphics are good as well.Show lessNoakes458
Unbelievably predictable
The only reason this app is getting two (2) stars is because it has better graphics and less glitches than others I have downloaded. That being said, I live in Vegas, and if the odds of actually winning were the same here at the casinos downtown as they are on this app, we would have been a ghost town long ago. There is no give and take with these games. The only time, it seems, you will get a decent chance at winning is the day you make a real money purchase. Other than that it’s all take , take, take. The only gambling involved with these games is guessing how long it will take to lose everything.
And, gosh darn it! Are you really so hard up with, seemingly, this many users to have to charge such stinkin high prices for everything???
