  • Great Loan options.. app isn’t very user friendly

    Great loan options, however the app is not very user friendly or straightforward.. facing some challenges editing payments and seeing payment activity/ cancel activity/ scheduled payments.
  • Don’t even have my card and they still want to charge me

    This company is a scam! I don’t even have my card that they supposedly sent to me and they still expect me to pay $59….umm I don’t think so! And when I call to check the status of it all I get told of to call and someone will help me but NO ONE WILL HELP! You can’t even get anyone in the phone to physically talk to! This is the worse credit cards company I have even went through and I’m glad y’all couldn’t send me my card because I wouldn’t even use it if I had it!

  • I really hoped it wasn’t true, but here we are…

    7-10 business days and no card, on the 15 day mark I call and they say to wait another 15 business days for a new card, now over 50 days and still no card! Continue to contact support and they keep saying the same thing. Not going to risk my credit getting ruined after I worked so hard to fix it!
  • Garbage card

    I’ve had this card for over 3 years or so, recently they raised my credit limit (on their own accord). I utilized the extra credit and have continued to make payments on time. Today, I received notice that they are hiking my APR AND charging me a monthly maintenance fee. So I went from being such a good customer that they raised my limit without me even asking to now apparently I need to be punished with higher fees?!!! What?! Now I will just pay it off completely and never charge another dime to it probably just close it altogether! Makes no sense!

    Everything was quick easy and simple
  • No Apple Pay

    So far so good with Avant. Clean design, simple to use. I had an issue initially being able to use the card but customer service was able to take care of it quickly. I just tried to connect it with Apple Pay though and it didn’t work, that is probably the only reason for dropping a star, as being able to use my cards on apps like that and Cashapp, PayPal, etc. is very important to me.

  • Credit card

    This is a very useless company! They approve you for a credit card and then they call you. So when I return the call they have no idea why I’m even calling. I informed them they left me a message to call. So at this point it’s very hard to understand the person you’re speaking with. I repeat myself probably for a good 30 minutes. The person on the other end has no idea what I’m saying. I then asked for a manager at least five times I get no manager then it shows up on my credit report that it’s active but also canceled so then I give them a call to today asking them what’s going on and they informed me it was canceled but don’t have a reason why but they’ll send me an email once again I don’t understand what they’re saying as far as when the emails coming, I asked the lady over and over still had no idea what she was saying. So I just went on the BBB to file a complaint about this company. It’s very sad that they appear on Credit Karma because they are giving them a bad name!

  • Not enough support

    I’m getting real tired of the unacceptable amount of human support these companies are resorting to these days. When you go to the customers help section and there is only a frequently asked questions and no phone number or live chat to seek real support that is a sleaze amount of customer service. If I have to Google your dam support number and it’s not already on your app, you are providing a super negative support system.

    I love the easy why to pay my bill and manage my early payments. I am very grateful.
