  • Credit increase and due date

    Never issue credit increase also hard to find due date. Actual due date.

    My first loan with Avant pays off tomorrow. The process has been easy from the start and any time I’ve had to call customer service, they have been helpful and respectful! Would definitely recommend if you don’t have perfect credit but need a personal loan.
  • Incorrect Information - Terrible1st Impression

    App DOES NOT display correct payment due amount. I called the customer service number on the card, which routes to some
    3rd world country call center.

    The agent advised that the app displays correct information 2 days after my statement closing date of the 5th each month. Today is the 7th and it is wrong, not what the agent advised. It shows the entire balance as the minimum payment.

    Obviously the agent provided inaccurate information and they cannot provide accurate information either in the app or by calling customer service. What a worthless bank.

    I’ve called 2 times and describing my attempts to use my new card and both times we’re sorry , you can use your new card amd still denied every time I’ve tried!! And I even used my pin #

    I try to use the card for a purchase online and the card is constantly declined because of “fraud”. It doesn’t matter how many times I call and tell them to remember the account or unlock and keep it unlocked they continue to decline it. I find that very annoying especially in a time frame where most everything is purchased online. The card works no problem at the register. It is only when purchasing online.
