Ugh!

First, it took multiple attempts before the app would download onto my iPhone;
When I Tried selecting and paying for seats, the app repeatedly gave me a “navigation error”
IOS 17.7

Also, there doesn’t seem to be a way to pay for both seats and an extra bag as one transaction.

It just doesn’t work

Always says “Navigation From Splash Screen Failed”. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it. It’s useless.

Passwords length allowed in the app shorter than on the website! Spend money on QA!

I cant login because my password longer than 16 characters, while VIPORTER signup form doesn’t have this limitation.

Start using QA already!!!

Amazing Service

Just wanted to start by that I sent my son for his first trip by himself with his best friend. This was his grad/18th birthday present to Montreal to go see his Leafs play the Canadians. He thought I was going with him but surprised him with his best friend. His bff travels lots, parents work for AC. He was very impressed with everything. He said he would fly with you guys any day. My son also had so many great things to say. Said you guys were patient with him as this was really all new to him. Thank you for making this one of the most memorable trip for him. I have never had so may I Love You’s and best mom messages. It all started with you guys. So thank you so much Porter airline and the amazing staff.
