The Perfect Way to Meditate
I LOVE this app! It really helps me fall asleep much easier. Stories are so calming to me, and I love that there is a mediation at the end of the story. It really sets my mind to prepare for peace and relaxation. I would definitely recommend it!

What a wonderful app for relaxing, positive vibes and good reminders! All of these types of stories have helped me to be calm and mindful and fell better! Definitely a worthwhile app!
Very chic
I love this app. It uses art pieces from museums to create original stories that tie into the meditations. Helps me with context for prospective of the meditation exercise, and the stories, for me at least, give me time for some self reflection before the meditation begins.
Aside from all that, it's really just beautifully made. A real pleasure to look at!
