Quite horrid at times
Many people rely on the bus system to get around, myself included. It is extremely frustrating and upsetting that the app frequently crashes and is plagued with loading errors. The loading errors can last several hours, and it can be very confusing to get to places, especially if you never been there before and you need to take a new route.Show lessE.J. 🐳
Bad user experience
The UX design is terrible. This app seems to work similar to someones hobby project. It’s really just not good in usefulness, usability, or functionality.
If I use the app too long it says there are connection issues. Trying to find your bus route to class is really difficult, to the point where as a UF student, this is hindering me getting to class on time. In the future, I will look at public transportation before I decide on what college to go to since obviously this is a huge problem here in Gainesville and I can see it having a negative impact on my performance in school.Show lessblockgav
Bring back the old app
This app is difficult to use, not user friendly, and overall works MAYBE half the time. It’s hard skim through routes, figure out where you are, and the buses often disappear off the map. Terrible app overallKimberion
Awful App, Now Frequently Dysfunctional
App was never good to begin with. Tells me a bus won’t be there and 10 minutes later I watch it sail across the street. Now it frequently says “The server is slow to respond or you may have a weak connection. Please retry.” Get with the times! Most transit systems these days just let you see the bus locations in the map apps we already use instead of making us download useless things like this.Show lessSpencer
Completely disfunctional
Horrible app, will make you miss your bus. Use google maps bus option instead and get to your stop early because if you rely on this you won’t get to where you’re going.apple nickname i dont know
If I could give it -5 stars I would
App always says “bad connection”, but I have great signal on and off Wi-Fi. Transloc was SOO much better. This app is not necessarily confusing for someone like me, as I’ve helped people new to Gainesville and the bus system figure it out. However, it’s a lot of “unnecessary” things in it. worst app in iPhone history
For the past week and a half, the app has not loaded for me even once.
I’ve deleted and redownloaded multiple times, restarted my phone multiple times, and attempted to connect from campus wifi, apartment wifi, 5G, etc. nothing EVER works.
Here I am yet again having to stand at the bus stop for an undetermined length of time Bc I have absolutely no clue when a bus will be coming.

App stopped working for days
For this entire week, whenever I open the app it says it’s unable to reach the server. It just makes the trip to campus more stressful, especially in bad weather. Fix the app immediately!!!!!zti505
HATE it
This app is not user friendly or the most feasible! If I could give it zero stars I would. Right now it keeps giving me an error message about not having any connection even though I am NOT in airplane mode and I am connected to internet. I do not understand why they moved away from Transloc when it had no issues??? I had been using Transloc since 2016 when I came to college and it was sooooo helpful for getting around.Show lesseunhyukkieluver
actual worst app i have ever used in my life
if i could give one star i would.
app always says i have no internet even when im on data, and the UI is actually terrible as it basically operates as a website instead of a streamlined app.
im late to class every single day now since uf and gainesville stopped using transloc and started using riderts. i have to use google maps to use any of the buses but then i cant see any of the routes.
this is actually the worst app i have ever used in my life and have no idea who made it but they need to be fired.Show lesselizabethjm
