Seems fine
A lot of reviews had me worried but the Gorilla app is working fine for two months now. Thought I would go back and do review to say it’s worth a try. At least for West Center location. Seems Omaha has been flooded with new car washes (pun intended) I just want something simple. Casey’s bought out my prior favorite and it’s just not the same anymore. BP had one where the blower almost fell into the back of my pickup, not chancing that one again. Hoping Gorilla stays as is.

In 2024, it’s great now
Have had a great experience using the app now in 2024. I was initially dismayed by the current reviews, but they seem to have implemented bug fixes and the app functions perfectly for me. I was able to sign up in the app and have had no issues using the subscription services at any of the Omaha locations. When I got a new phone, I just logged in on the new phone and I transferred my account to the new one and it is working fine. You just pull up to the wash bay, hit activate, and it just works.
My only feedback to Gorilla if they check reviews (not app related) - I greatly appreciate having dryers on the sides of the car, as well as a timer to display my dry time remaining so I can get the most out of it. The 108th and Maple location at Kum n Go has these features, whereas other locations just have top down dryers and no timers. Would appreciate these features as upgrades to other locations (like 90th and center and 156th and center) in the future.

I love the car wash out here on 156 and West center but the app stinks! Out of three attempts, I only got it to work once. Jessica called me back and said if it didn’t work, to go ahead and pay for a car wash, get the receipt and text it to her and she would reimburse back to the card on file. I can understand that if it was a one-off incident but I don’t want to have to do that every time.
Come on developers, figure it out!

Sounds great… results may vary
I have multi-cars in my household so the Multi-car unlimited sounded great! Plus I prefer the touch-less washes on a regular basis. My experience has not been good.
Lackluster maintenance, horrible customer service line, sketchy equipment, & closed down wash bays are just a few of the issues I experienced in the two months I’ve had the membership. With the quality of the dryers at multiple locations, I can’t justify winter washes either.
It sounds like a great deal, but the quality is not up to par with similar plans elsewhere.

App failed
App doesn’t work they need a better app or a better system pay for the unlimited monthly membership and have no luck in getting a car wash app doesn’t connect
App is Broken
Each time I sign in, my account is locked or my password is incorrect. I reset it each time, and I am able to log in once.
The “activate cash wash” feature of this app does not work. The app crashes and when you reopen it, you get an error that the app cannot connect to the servers.
Customer service is unresponsive. Considering cancelling my account, but again, I cannot access the app.

Car wash is great…but good luck getting one
I love the car wash. It’s probably the best one in the area, but, if you pay for the monthly unlimited option, good luck getting the crappy app to work, and good luck getting support. They have a number to call if you have problems, but the answering service just takes your info and no one ever returns your call. So, you pay for unlimited, but you certainly don’t get it. I was going to sign up all year. Now, I’ll just go somewhere else. Thank goodness there’s a hundred other options out there.

Can’t even sign up for anything without selecting a package and giving them about all of your information besides your social. No thanks.

You are shoved right in to buying a package before you can even compare the different levels of washes, there’s no descriptions.
I allowed it to know my location, mid town Omaha, but when I was in the “check out”, it had a car wash in Council Bluffs set up as my car wash?! There’s no contact info that I can find before you pay, so I guess I’ll just delete it and find another service.
