Free and works for more than just safari
I spent a few minutes in the App Store looking for a free, no in app purchases, ad blocker that works for more than just safari. After looking for a while I downloaded this app and found that it is easy to use and works for lots of stuff (P.S. I use an apple phone so it may or may not vary for different phones).

Really great app!
This is a really good app, it gets the job done while being really easy to use, literally just the flick of a lever! However, there are a few games I have noticed it won’t work on so that’s a little annoying, but still 5 stars in my book!
Pretty good, not perfect but really close to it
I only downloaded this to block YouTube ads, and while I do still see them when scrolling, they haven’t played in the middle of videos, so that’s a pass. I should note YouTube plans on rolling out a new way to show ads, so I’ll update if/when that happens. UPDATE: this does not work for the YouTube app unfortunately, just found this out, but if you use the browser version you should be fine.
