Can’t get the app to download
Got this app and tried to download it to my I phone 13 and also my iPad. As soon as the app asks me how I’d like to log on, either option, takes me to the next blank page that simply says “loading”. Well I’ve waited for an hour this past time and nothing happens. I tried both devices, phone and iPad, with the same result.Show lessFreefall Spinner

Mobile app is working, if people can't log in then they probably have not updated the app with the May 10th update. Just give us a call: 907-465-2376 or email us: adfg.license@alaska.govGreat idea but isnt functioning properly
I have an iPhone and could not log onto my google account. It kept freezing. The app has great capability and I LOVE to give info, but if it cant show my license and log in, (because the google login button disappears after a split second) it is no good. I want to electronically keep records, but I cant utilize because it wont let me.Show lessflyguyrceric

You can only use logins for myADF&G or myAlaska. Google login does not work on the APP, it only works on a computer. We can set you up with a direct login into myADF&G account. Currently the App is offline since we moved out services to the cloud. The APP should be back up a running in a few days. Downloaded onto a current generation iPad Pro. Tablet is up to date with all apps and the OS. The app developer contacted me regarding my 1 star review. They resolved the issue with logging in both on the app and on the AK F&G website. Messing around with the app, the only immediate thing I see is I can't upload documents to it. By this, I mean my permanent hunting and fishing license. It shows me an option to buy one, and then I assume it will display a new license, but folks like me that due to age or disability have been issued permanent ones no longer have to buy them. How do we display these in the app? I will revise my review as needed. So far, I'm glad the state is stepping into current times with this option.Show lessAK_DAV_0311

This is an easy to use and very intuitive app. I’m in my 50s and didn’t grow up with smart phones and such. This app is easy to navigate and I appreciate the content.
I’m looking forward to the mapping function in fishing.Joel.T.G.

So I am excited to use this app. However I have not been able to successfully log into the app yet. It seems to be a glitch on the choose your login page when you choose the ADFG login it doesn’t let you use your myGoogle to sign in. If you watch it flickers briefly like it’s going to show on the website when you log into ADFG.

This app is very useful. I like how I can easily access my license electronically. Easy access to the regs is great too. It would be awesome if Emergency Orders and other updates could be accessed via the app.brendon.bruns

Initial impression is really good.
My info, licenses, location all populated easily using my existing MyAlaska ID (same as PFD).
The layout of the app makes sense, navigation is intuitive.

Glitchy and doesn’t open half the time. Using an IPhone 12 w/ latest update and fast wifi. Needs work imo.ak_drifter
