Well set-up app, one issue

The app is very clean and easy to navigate. One issue I have though is it seems I’m unable to change any of my autopay settings. I’d like to change the day rent is charged to my account, but when I open the “autopay” tab there isn’t any option to do so.

Maintenance Category

There should be a category drop down for “Location” in the maintenance pin. For example, the “Location “ drop down could have options such as master bathroom, guest bedroom, kitchen, living room, patio, etc.

Reason: I put in a work order for pest to remove a big wasp nest on my patio and put it in the description where and took a picture, but according to my video footage, the maintenance worker just dusted the outside of my front door with a broomstick.

Easy to access everything. Easy to request maintenance and personal information as well

Great app. Easy to use to pay bills and request maintenance. Makes it so much easier and saves time than mailing or taking money to the office.

The app is convenient to use and fairly simple the downside for me is when paying your rent It was stated through the apartment email prices for various payment types either the price list wasn't accurate or they are taxing the price stated and not informing you of the plus tax that will be added to there price list. I feel the customer should be completely informed when using an app when making a purchase or payment. 😊

This apartment building is nasty

For anyone that is thinking about moving here DONT DO IT!!! They are infested wit bed bugs nd roaches here!! U will see your neighbors having to put their furniture out every other day so you know it’s real. They will harass you from the office. I’ve had to call the cops on the people the upper management. I’ve had to contact multiple times, and had no satisfaction. I’ve lived in multiple apartments, and I’ve never had such an negative experience in my life the way I have since I’ve been here. I have my type of person that is always paid their bills on time so that’s not the issue. The issue is that this place is just completely disgusting.

The app is glitchy and made me late

I wish I could put screenshots and pictures here. The balance had said $0 for the longest. I got a notice from the office on my door saying I’m 3 days late. Today is the 6th, it’s due in the 3rd and was paid on the 1st. I noticed a credit literally yesterday for the exact amount of rent. I knew there was no promotion for free rent going on so I tried to reach out. Heard nothing, thought nothing else of it until I see the letter. I’m being charged a few hundred dollars extra and it’s with a 3 day notice. Mind you none of the numbers match from the app or the letter.
Enjoy if you like fees after doing your part to avoid them. They will tell you to use your bank to pay to avoid a fee then when it doesn’t work you’ll be charged hundreds more. Insane.

Repairs

Very happy w the maintenance team here at the property very quick, nice, and very patient w me since some of the stuff is super small!! 😀 they still fix and explain w no hesitation. So thank you guys for that!

Good and Convenient

I can pay while on the go and don’t have to hassle to make it back to the rent office or get a money order and I can pay ahead

Fees

I’ve lived in this apartment complex for seven years. And every year my rent goes up and it really makes me angry that when I pay on this app that you charge me extra fees, I mean you guys can’t even get all the drug dealers out of this apartment complex. We’ve had someone shot in their vehicle. There’s littering all over the place and frankly I’m tired of it. With the high cost of living and inflation, your corporate partners don’t give a crap about the residents or about those of us that are struggling to make ends meet. That had to cancel their health insurance just to be able to pay the rent. That is all!
