Love this app
The new version has so many additional features than the other one, and I love that I get all of my customer’s information on my phone. I don’t ever have to call my call center to get messages. The upgrade from the other version is an improvement..it took some getting used to because it’s laid out differently, but I was able to navigate it without a problem and I find it to be very user friendly and convenient.

Disaster
The new app doesn’t work. Total failure. Please make the old version available on the App Store.
Not effective
Have only used the new version and it repeatedly logs me out, and despite the settings being correct, I am not getting audible alerts when my phone is locked, which defeats the purpose of the app in alerting me of pages. It is only giving me alerts on vibrate when the phone is locked, which are easily missed when doing other things or when asleep.

Awful
Please update the CogniSent 2.0 app ASAP. It’s an awful downgrade from the previous app and is making taking call, as a healthcare provider, much more difficult. It is not user friendly and continues to log out, turn off Face ID, delete chosen ring tones and therefore causes missed pages and poor patient care. The ringtone also need to be longer like the previous app and I preferred the old ringtones as well. The previous version was more superior in basically every way. It’s also essential to be able to copy the phone number inside the app to use in Doximity to hide personal numbers. Blocking the number isn’t an option as patients won’t always answer a blocked number.

Same problems
I can only repeat what other reviewers have stated. The first version was simple but sufficient. The 2.0 version is simple but frustrating. The passcode and biometric logins only work transiently, then you have to do a full login and start all over again. Notifications have been inconsistent, which was not a problem with the first version. Wish I could go back.

This is an upgrade???
I echo the previous reviewer’s sentiments about this updated version. I prefer the original’s alert tones.
I resent having to log in over and over again to use retrieve messages. I stupidly removed the prior version and wish could reinstall that but it’s no longer available on Apple App Store.

Disappointing downgrade
This 2.0 app is a disappointing downgrade from the previous app. You can no longer touch a phone number in a message to be able to cut it out in order to paste it into a phone app such as Doximity. It forces you to only return phone calls using your native phone. it also constantly logs you out so you have to go through a lengthy, annoying login process in order to use the app. It’s constantly forgetting face ID as well. please don’t get rid of the original Cognisent app. Hopefully we will be able to continue to use that one instead.
