I’d rate this app lower if I could. App often won’t load after using FaceID and needs to be closed and reopened. Accounts only show in the e-transfer list about half the time. Never mind the terrible service where tap on the card often doesn’t work, card can’t be added to Apple wallet, and email addresses on their website returning “only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list”. Truly Canada’s worst bank.

Terrible.
The old app worked but customers were forced to switch to the new app. It doesn’t work and has been under maintenance for weeks.
Garbage
The old app worked much better. This app is constantly telling me my password is incorrect, locking my account then when I get it unlocked the same password I was using magically works now. Always glitching or not loading the screen. We’re changing banks and one reason is because of the app.

I have been using this APP since it came out and have nothing but trouble with it!! Just about every time I log in it gives me grief. Surely they can build a banking APP that works properly. I am considering going with another bank just because I am sick of the issues. iPhone 12 mini .

why does it ask for email if there’s no option for me to receive a code via email, also I pressed resend SMS 3 times and still haven’t received any SMS what type of app is this 😭
Worst bank app in existence
Constantly crashes, always glitchy, and consistently unreliable. What could be worse in a banking app?
Burn this app to the ground.
The old app was so much better. This app is slow from screen to screen; the lag wheel spins and spins. Today I couldn’t even tap the menu in the bottom right.
Sometimes logging in and nothing happens; need to close and reopen (usually works the second time).
CWB is lucky this app isn’t representative of the fantastic in-bank service you’ll receive. But since these days most of my banking is done using this horribly built app I am seriously contemplating switching banks this year to one with better platform. Count down is on CWB you have eight months or I’m out.

Make it better
Older app had over 1k reviews and was very good. New app has 130 reviews only and very poor reviews. What is wrong with this? Older app is still in Apple Store so being it back!!
Biometrics don’t work and locked out using current credentials
We are considering moving all of our banking products because of how difficult it is to bank online with CWB. it’s 2024. This is unacceptable.
