I Always keeping my bank account with a $300 balance but anytime I try to make a payment in the app using the ACH option, it returns with a message saying I need to have a minimum of $50 in my bank account to make a payment. In order to make a payment I need to email the company so they can process the ACH payment. THIS ALWAYS RESULTS IN A LATE PAYMENT. Though they allow me to pay using a debit card at anytime, as long as I pay a $3 Service fee.
Why would I pay an unnecessary fee when I have more than enough funds to process the ACH.
This ultimately impacted my credit score negatively, and has left me in a worse financial situation than when I started using this service 12 months ago. Stay away from this app. Use the SELF app instead. (This is not an advertisement. This is a statement from a customer who has used both services.)
