Not able to sign up
This is such bad app and I am not sure it went through the QA cycle at all. It keeps ask me to sign up upon opening the app. However, after putting in the verification codes it sent me multiple times emails, it keeps tell me that the code is not valid or expired. It should be a zero star app.
Can’t login with epic games account
This app needs to update, can’t login no matter how many time I am trying to verify the images.

It’s an early development, but I feel this app holds great potential as more features get added into it. I found it very simple to use!
Why do you have to have an Epic Games account?
Complete BS. You need to sign up to Epic Games just to check out the app? Don’t think so.

Confusing UX and scan results not great
Of all the photo scanning apps Ive tried this is one of the hardest to use, even though I am an experienced scanned. - couldnt figure out how to end a session and the AR crop is super awkward. The preview functionality is a nice idea, but in practice it is not helpful and jumps around. Also they force you to make a Sketchfab account in addition to a RealityScan account. Reality Capture is good for desktop processing, but if you are looking for an easy to use mobile app I would look elsewhere.

This feels like it’s still in beta phase. I wasn’t able to produce anything usable with the app.

Couldnt make an account
Everything went fine until i had to submit the verification code. Always told me it was incorrect or expired and the only way to get another was to start the entire process over again, where it gave me the exact same code and exact same message. In the end, this service wasnt worth the trouble.
