I’ll run sub 2:45 at Brighton because of this app

I signed up for the app in preparation for my first marathon and have to say so far the app has been fantastic. It was very easy to get started and once I’d chosen my goal time for the marathon, the app gave my plan and the start date for the plan. As it is currently some time away the app gave has given me a 10k build up plan as I work towards some races later in the year. The workouts are very easy to understand, they offer a lot of variety (including types of training I had not come across before) and the splits are set to meet your specific goals. The app sends all the data to Strava too which is very nice. I know I’m already making great progress because of Coopah and I’m excited to see how far it can take me! Great app.

Works a treat!

Having been on a training plateau for several months, I’m so pleased to see my VO2 max has increased after just 1 month on the plan. I have been training hard all year but was frustrated as despite regularly doing intervals and speed work alongside longer runs, there was no improvement to my VO2. I switch my training and follow this plan and get a result in a month. The significant change for me has been learning to run those long runs at a very easy pace which in turn improves recovery leaving me fresher when I do the speed work. I. An thoroughly recommend this app and subscription is great value!

Personal trainer in your pocket!

Got my first marathon in the bag thanks to Coopah! 😊 and now on to the next challenge after a recovery plan designed by them.

The people behind Coopah are a wonderful group of like-minded runners working to help you achieve your goals and earn the special feeling of crossing the finish line! I’ve tried many marathon plans but nothing really stuck with me until the end before Coopah. Their training plans are adaptable to your schedule, building a supportive, motivating and realistic plan built to your needs and personal goals. The interface is encouraging and you can even track your runs within the app, or link up your own run tracker/ watch. The best part is that you can reach out to real runners throughout the week for personal advice and recommendations from experienced runners. Would 100% recommend for anybody who loves running and needs something flexible, convenient and ran by REAL experts!

One of the best simple apps to train for running

I got drawn to Coopah from one of my emails from Brighton Marathon. And I must say I was not disappointed. It’s such a welcome change with it’s simplicity in training. One of the very good features is to be able to adjust your assigned training and the ability to speak to a live coach.
It was very easy to follow the training plan for Brighton Marathon. Everyday there was a different run or strength training and it would notify you of the same.
The rating is short of only one star because of the following -

Thing which didn’t work before (and supposed to work with the latest update) is pushing to Strava. You could record using supported Apple Watch or Garmin but that didn’t push to Strava automatically. The reverse worked though i.e. you could import your run from Strava to match a training assigned.

And sometimes the splits wouldn’t appear for the run while on other times it would. So that way it was a bit erratic.

I really liked the app and it allowed me to learn different kinds of run to make the training exciting. I only wish all the other training apps are as simple to use as this. And would love Coopah to include triathlon trainings 😛

Great app

The app itself is good. But it does not give you the option to train more than 5 days a week. So i find it kind of difficult to stick with the training.

Love the Garmin Connect

Appreciate how my Garmin tells me when I’m running at the right pace. Overall great experience so far

Great running app

Absolutely a fantastic running app best I have used so far, the app creates a designated plan just to suit your training needs even if your a complete beginner, I decided to use Coopah as I used another app and ended up with an injury because it was too intense at an early stage in my training and the team at Coopah have been a great support messaging me with advice and tips to recover with my Achilles injury.
If your looking for a running app to progress your journey then this is the one for you,
It’s a subscription app but at a very reasonable price especially for the support you get and the workouts, plus also the strength work that is incorporated into your weekly plans which are very easy to follow.
Thank you so much Coopah team you have been great and I look forward to my HM training in January after I finish my first plan.

Completely transformed my training!

I have been using Coopah for a few months now and I can say that it is the best running training plan app I have ever tried. The coaches are amazing, they are very knowledgeable, supportive and motivating. They tailor the training plan to my goals, abilities and schedule. They also give me feedback and tips on how to improve my running form, technique and nutrition.
Coopah has transformed my training completely. I work full time and I used to struggle to fit in useful training sessions. But with Coopah, I can easily follow the plan on my phone and track my progress. I can also chat with the coaches anytime I have a question or need some encouragement. Coopah has helped me run faster, longer and stronger than ever before.
If you are looking for a running training plan app that works, I highly recommend Coopah. It is worth every penny and you will not regret it.

Brilliant! And helped me get a Half Marathon PB

The training devised by the app and team really paid off. I did the race I planned for (Half Marathon) in my best time ever at 1:52:54 - Coupar have done it without this! And support of the coaches. Thank you!

This is the best app I’ve found for training for a specific race. Just add your goal time and some data on your existing running and you get an amazing plan. It’s really mixed up my normal training in a really positive way. Got me doing some intervals and tempo runs and the voice over messages to change speed etc make it so easy for the more interesting runs. It’s sometimes been a challenge but that’s the idea. I’m now running further more comfortably and have done my fastest Parkrun in 6 years. The coaches and support team are also amazing with quick response and there to answer/solve anything. Highly highly recommended
