New glitches
I luv this game and I really don’t play games. I enjoy the classics and the beautiful pictures that they provide to go along with them. After this last update I started to notice that while trying to place new cards in their appropriate decks they would show other decks to place them in. Either way the new cards would not be delivered to any of the decks. I’ve completed all my puzzles and stories. The app either has no additional books or puzzles or something is wrong. I can’t access my own data to verify if there is an issue with my account. I’m not able to find easy ways through my app to contact anyone or to see about updates. I’m also unable to get to store to shop for any items.
I have always rated a strong 5***** for this app but unless I can get my problems fixed I can not rate higher than 3***. I currently feel that may be generous at this point.
I’ve never been able to locate any descriptive rules for the game either. This may be an oversight on my part but would like to see some either way.Show lessChickadee4316

I’m REALLY grateful that y’all made an effort to fix the stories that go with the puzzles so that they actually make sense now there’s just one problem. Do you realize that the story with the secret garden is actually the one for doctor Jekyll and Mr Hyde?? I don’t even know for sure yet if you got other stories mixed up but that one for sure needs to be fixedShow lessconnorom2008
New Stuff
The new stuff is okay as it gives more things to do while waiting for new books or new puzzles for the current books.
It is been a long time since there have been new puzzles for long time players. I know you’re a small company and I get the new stuff but it would be nice to not have to redo each puzzle over and over again.

Wonderful addictive game
I love this game especially the stories. Also love the events just wish you would update the stories. They haven’t been updated in a long time. I know it takes time. But I’ve accumulated over a 100,000 ink drops waiting. Have nothing to spend them on so as I play they increase. But I’m addicted so I play every day anyway. I’ve redid most puzzles twice already. Download issue
I love this app but for a couple of weeks now, nothing will open. I know it’s not my phone or my service provider. What’s going on??oh nener mind

Very slow
I don’t know if it’s your game or my Internet, but the pictures are very slow to down load it never use to be, but now it’s terrible. Can you check on your end because it’s very discouraging and getting not to like this game any more.Scrubcrew
Why so easy now?
This was my favorite app since I first found it. The changes with every update have been okay, waiting for new chapters and books have been a long time in between but that is understandable. What I do not understand is why the puzzles have become so much easier. My favorite novel in the app has been Pride & Prejudice- I redid a few of these as I have finished them all and they are so much easier than the original ones. I enjoyed the difficulty of the original. They were just difficult enough. Now they are so easy. Far less pieces and far easier to complete. I still wait for every update, but I do not understand why they were made with fewer pieces and easier to complete. I am still going to keep this as my favorite and will hope for more books and more chapters. I just hope they don’t become too easy.Show lessInfini adds and scamming
Basically each add last for 1 minute, there are 3-5 of them per puzzle and most cannot be closed if you don't activate the link toward the app store.
In the preference there is an option to rate the game on the app store but it opens a webpage that spoof the app store and collect your payment data.
It's an old people trap. So either pay for full membership (well over 100$ per year USD), or be scammed.
