Doesn’t work with 14 Pro
I downloaded this app and was happy with it. However, once you get a new phone, you have to repeat the setup process and the 14 Pro has an issue (according to the app’s support representative, they know about) where it won’t focus on your license and the setup fails. I hope they get this fixed soon!

Government software is notoriously known for being unapologetically subpar so it brings a small grin on my face to see this little gem perform so well…Bravo!

Does not focus with iPhone 14 Pro
This app needs an update to work with the larger sensors on the iPhone 14 Pro. I did not have a focus problem with an iPhone 11. This app needs to adopt the same macro mode handling for close photograph as the stock iOS Camera app.
Doesn't scan
I had iPhone 12 and I just got a newer phone in iPhone 12 the app worked fine the Id got scanned in just one time but in new phone I already scan my license more then 100 times it keeps failing to scan the license and don't work they need to do something app for newer phones.
Does Not Work with Latest iPhone
Will not work with latest iPhone (14 Pro Max). Camera will not capture driver’s license properly (obviously something wrong with app - not camera). Do not waste your time. No reply back when support was contacted.
Needs to be fixed
If you have a iPhone 14 you can not get the picture into focus. Talked to MS id support and they are waiting on Apple to do an update
Don’t need an app
Just support apple’s digital id feature in the wallet. I don’t need another app taking up space when the feature exists on the phone already.
This app is cap
Brand new DL will not scan. I’ve tried at least a dozen times. Twice got one side but not the other. So much for convenience, c’mon MS do better.

Who developed this app? Someone in Mississippi it would certainly seem 😂. Why do I say that? Well, try to set it up and you’ll see. Also, this entity is not a part of the State of Mississippi, but a third party entity, and you can be sure this app isn’t “free” for no reason. Your info is being sold. Do not install.
