Best auction site

App is super easy to use, and the cars here require meticulous inspection before being posted so the quality is high. Definitely better than Bring a Trailer, hemmings, and most certainly ebay motors

Great first draft

I have both purchased and sold cars on cars and bids. Excellent platform. I joke with my family that this is my “social media”.

One thing that’s a bit frustrating within the app is if you search a vehicle. Once you select a vehicle and try to return to the larger selection of that searched vehicle, the app takes you back to the search bar rather than the initial searched car.

A small update to fix this would be greatly appreciated!

No IPad App

The mobile app is great. However, no IPad app currently. Would make sense to have an app that supports the wide screen allowing people to view car photos more clearly. Will upgrade to 5 stars when they support IPad

We continually monitor site and app usage, and while there are a lot of iPad users out there, they simply don't represent a large portion of our traffic. Not only is the service great, the app is fantastic!

I’ve been a member of CnB since the day Doug listed his personal vehicle for sale as the first car sold. The website and mobile site are both excellent, but the app is very, very well thought out and clean. I love the notifications and the “read all” button.

THIS-is the best car action app

I am thrilled with this! I’ve been waiting for so long, and it finally arrived—and it didn’t disappoint. The interface is incredibly user-friendly, with its own community and wishlist features. The process of buying or selling a car is straightforward and detailed. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, reliable, and exciting experience. I’m also very pleased that Cars and Bids now has its own app. Thank you for providing the car community with what I believe is one of the best car auction apps out there.

Been waiting forever

One of the best websites to use for looking at the car market and getting to bid on some great cars glad it’s finally made into a app so I can see auctions from anywhere 🙌🗣️

THIS…isn’t the final price. Watch out buyers!

Your winning bid isn't the price you pay. Escrow services are expensive and not estimated in the app like shipping. This platform could do way better in transparent costs to bidders. I figured at least a 20% adder when I was looking to buy. This app could also do better in preventing from seller agents inflating costs, that is someone or the seller themselves strategically bidding to increase the cost. I have not seen anything on this platform to protect the buyer. The current bidder verification ain't it.

Transparency, in vehicle condition, costs, and otherwise, is a core value at Cars & Bids. We make getting shipping and financing quotes fast and easy. While transaction facilitation services (including escrow services) are optional, we'll work toward making those costs more transparent in the future. To reiterate, Cars & Bids never hides fees, though costs for elective services beyond the purchase amount may be applicable. We also appreciate your concern about shill bidding - when the seller bids on their own auction to drive up the price. We explicitly disallow shill bidding and have several measures in place to prevent this practice. These measures are not published as sharing the methods may make it easier to circumvent them. If you see evidence of shill bidding in any auction, please let us know by emailing support@carsandbids.com. Again, we thank you for your feedback. Historical search

Like the website please add the ability to filter through past auctions with a location I.e. auctions in canada or a certain distance from a given location in the US
