Useless App

I would give this APP a ZERO! It doesn’t recognize my ID number assigned by WellCare! Therefore, I can do nothing on the APP! And calling the customer service number is useless! I spoke with 5 different people today and problem remains UNRESOLVED! And I can’t get into the APP to resolve it! I’m done with WellCare at the end of this year, 2022! I can’t take the stress involved with this company who hires people who don’t speak good English and keep sending me to someone else who can’t resolve a ‘simple’ problem! 😡

Stuck on the wrong pharmacy

This app only shows one pharmacy for price searching, and it's one we don't use. I can see ours (a preferred one) in the "search for pharmacy" results list, but can't select it as my default...just stuck with the wrong one. That makes this app useless to us.

Is WellCare the worst?

The only thing worse than WellCare’s customer service is their app.
Not to mention how they drop the affordable plans and force you into plans 3 times the $$ for dropped plan.
Charging me $70 a month while they pay $8.
Ripping off Seniors

Okay but not really worth the space on my device

I’ll probably delete it because all of the information is available just as easily from the website. The main information I want is not available on either the app or the website: how much of my deductible have I paid? That’s a pretty important piece of data that I can’t seem to get.

Worthless. Use the website.

I'm a Medicare drug plan member, and the exact same credentials I use on the website do not work on the app. I have decided to stop trying and deleted the app.

No benefit information

App does nothing but let you pay your bill. No benefit information, pharmacy locator does not work, medication lookup does not work. What is the point of this app????

Application support

Cannot login to the application. Called Web support and they advised that they are not responsible and could not offer help for the application only the website. They could not provide any contact information for the people who are responsible for the application. The application does not show any numbers for Support.

Doesn’t work

nothing about this application works you can’t look up prescriptions you can’t do anything on it other than look at your card. What a waste of time and I’m sorry you’ve spent so much money developing an app that is worthless

Latest Update

Most of the functions still do not work after update. Dev responses ask to contact them to assist you. However, this is not a user issue, it is an app issue. Please just make the app work.
