No Customer Service

I have tried to access my account for several days. I forgot my password, so had to request. First time was about 3 days ago. Message was it would be emailed in 24 hours. NOPE! Called Customer Service number yesterday. Finally answered. Put on hold, no one ever came back. Tried again yesterday to sign on (request password) after no help from Customer Service. Still no email to reset password. What is up with this? It’s very frustrating.

Pointless Download

After logging in, nothing can be done. I mean, there is absolutely no point in the app. Also, my last name that was changed years ago is showing up.

Poor experience

The app doesn’t work. I have tried several times and get a message that it is unable to connect with server. After three attempted phone calls to seek assistance. I have given up. Each time I get a message that wait times may be longer than normal, and I sit on hold listening to maddening music.
Wait times have been between 30 and 45 minutes. I have then given up. No one every answers. There is no way to leave a message, no call back option, and no chat feature.
Poor customer service on several fronts. They send our coupon payments books, (who even uses those any more?). Payment books arrive over a month late, and you can’t access the app so how to you know what’s due, or make your payment?

Can not access website thru app

The app continues to ask for Face ID, then it doesn’t work. Is it even available? Fix it.

Worthless

Try to use pharmacy finder. They are all around me but none show on the app which makes it completely useless.

Can not log in- says preferences not available this is a useless app if you can’t even log in

Every time I try to log into the app an error message that say “This line of business is not available” comes up.

Y’all need to scrap this app and start over because this app is absolutely horrendous can’t get past enter security questions or answers.
