Not Really Compatible with Google
The stand alone alarm system is very good, simple and easy to use. Once you try to add any complexity such as compatibility with Google and especially Google Routines the system does not work despite advertising claims. I am guessing this is the same for Alexa and Siri(?). The software has some way to go yet.

The App is ok but when you try and log in again you’re not allowed.
You then request a new password which works but it all repeats.

App keeps logging me out so have to constantly keep login in always when I get home and want to disarm alarm. Cameras constantly go by off line
Been with Response Alarms/ERA for 30 + years and this system is by far the worst, never had problems with all the previous systems f try on them.

ERA protect door handle
Unable to update firmware soon as you update app closes. Finger print sensor does not recognise my finger print. App needs sorting so i can update firmware

I like this app, but would like to see any video in landscape mode which you can on the old app.
