I paid a subscription fee for the cameras which was intended to record 24/7 which however was not the case. I found it didn’t record for 60 percent of the time and video was poor.
It also goes offline for any reason, I have decided to replace system with one that records to nvr in the house to ensure I have 24/7 recordings if needed.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Our subscription plans are not in place to offer 24/7 recording. Our ERA Protect range of cameras are designed to provide a live stream, and if you do have an active subscription enable them to record video when motion is detected. Issues with recordings being missed and quality of video would need to be troubleshooted by our helpdesk. Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. If the camera(s) have an active subscription, they will record video for as long as motion is detected. If you are finding the length of the video clips are too short, I would advise increasing the sensitivity level in the settings. Avoid: use the older app
The old app has longer even history that you can filter by day. The older app gives notifications instantly, whereas this one has a very long delay if it even gives you a notification at all.
Worst of all, I couldn’t disarm my alarm today with the new app. I tried the old app and it worked immediately.
The new app is clearly unfinished. All in all, I’m finding that the whole system in general is degrading as I don’t get any notifications for low battery on the sensors or siren, and I’m getting false triggers on the PIRs. The false PIR triggers are confirmed when I look at 24/7 video recorded on a different system as there will be no motion in the area the PIR is in.
So yeah, I do not recommend this system. Pay more and go elsewhere.
