Reverted back to old app

It’s still a little glitchy in its early stages , installed it yesterday worked fine and it has the cancel auto renew subscription button which is a bonus but i noticed it’s got to be running in the background on your phone to receive notifications which was not the case with the old app and tonight it won’t log in at all I just get the spinning buffering wheel when I try log in so reverted back to the old app till glitches sorted

Still too full of bugs!

This is nowhere near as good as the old app (ERA Protect). This new app doesn’t refresh when my partner arms the alarm, so mine will show DISARMED yet hers will show ARMED. Also, you cannot refresh the screen by pulling screen down, as you could on the old app. I will keep both versions installed but will continue to use the old one till the new one works properly.

Disappointing the App is no longer available on my iPad as that’s a bigger screen 👎

Secure Product

I was a very cautious person, last year I met a car thief and I just want to ramp up everything around my house. Nice to know that this ERA functionality of the alarm can inform the authority in case of break though and is very easy to setup. The new app is freaking fast to see the cameras videos, which is a good thing, never worry someone parking in front of my driveway ever since.
