Seller app for phone
So I almost got my Shop taken down because I couldn’t get my orders to go over to my Shopify store because I do sellers shipping. The reason why is it because of TikTok shop well when I pull it up on my phone if it says order and it only does it once it don’t show the whole page page you can’t scroll. It just gets stuck on that. So I don’t know what the deal is or where the problem lies but y’all need to get it fixed because when you open up your phone to your seller app, you should be able like it says to go through Phil products do this do that but you can’t even see your products you can’t even I tried to scroll over and it wouldn’t let me so that I could screenshot my orders number. Well I didn’t get to so I go back in and it just says urgent order to fulfill and I can’t find the order anywhere. It doesn’t make any sense. There’s no one to get a hold of I emailed all the emails I could find I had chat help me. It’s not a real person so it just gives you generic things that you already have access to, but yeah y’all need to fix it to be better for the sellers especially on a cell phone because I’m not not everybody’s gonna carry their laptop or computer everywhere with them. At the start of the app is says US shop in tiny writing. If you do not click to change this then it sets your account up in US and this can not be undone, even if you go back and click UK. It is a huge oversight as it’s not obvious at the start so is easily missed. I can’t believe an app this big won’t allow you to edit this and will make you set up a whole new email address to set it up correctly rather than just edit the country. Because of that I won’t be using the app and will take my business elsewhere.Show lessBoost your sales
I find the app very easy to use, lots of things to help with your listings to help with sales. There are often changes but they do all improve with listing. It can be a wait sometimes if you need help with anything and the auto response can be frustrating at times but for us we always have had any issues sorted out in the end. The only thing I wish that had not been changed is the AI for the description of a item, before the last change, it was so much better. But it’s super helpful anyway have this feature.Show less
