My Best Chance

Thank goodness for Melissa. I’m approaching 50. I’ve put on weight around my thighs, tummy, back of arms… training a couple of times a week at the gym made no difference. As a vegetarian also I didn’t know how to get enough protein. I’m in week 3 of Melissa’s 8 week transformation programme. It’s difficult but worth it ... Let’s see what week 8 will bring.

Challenging but doable

I’m 66 going on 67, and still have not gotten my dream body yet, I so want this !!! I kept saying by such and such age, I would get on stage to compete ha! Well all that took a back seat because of well “Life” and not prioritizing my self and loving me the way I should , ohhh how things change dramatically as we age on top of everything else….. I believe this is the right one for me and am truly focused on it from here on out ……!!!

Great app for tracking fitness!

Very easy to use and I love that it times everything for you while also showing a video of how to do the exercises in good form. They’ve really thought of everything.

Everything you need to succeed

Loving this 8 week challenge. You have the community members to discuss and encourage each other. Workouts at home or the gym are easy to follow. Meal plans are delicious and take little time to prepare. Mindset and preparation guides are helpful and keep you on track.

This is a great and highly comprehensive app. All the info you need to start and keep to the program is embedded into this little gem. I use it daily as I work through my first challenge. Only issue is a few of the Daily Workouts need further rep data. Most are perfect but Single Arm Row, for example, never triggers an arm change. So is it 5 reps per arm or 10 per arm and switch before you advance. Still a great tool and very well organized!

Easy to use

This app is amazing, it contains all the information needed to start working out. Motivation, pdf files to print, times videos to work along with and community chat group.

Love Melissa and her crew!

Absolutely love

I appreciate Melissa! Once you buy her program it’s truly yours to work at your own pace and start over if you need to without extra charge. When I fall off the wagon I have her programs to get me back on track.
