  • Finally added FaceID!

    Good job! For updating the app and adding Face ID. No issue with the app at all. It’s now on the same level with all other banking apps 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🎯
  • Awful

    The point of an app, as I understand it, is to simplify and improve the user experience. This app is a convoluted mess, over complicating the most basic tasks—such as bill payments—to the point that I don’t even want to use it.
  • Lousy update!

    I can’t sign in! I delete the app. I redownload the app. I try to sign in again. Nothing. Two hours later, I successfully sign in. In the morning? I can’t sign in again. This is awful.
  • Still useless!

    They keep “updating” but it never improves. Still no Face ID so logging it requires multiple steps. How does a company develop an app this terrible?!?!?
  • New app is an awful experience

    When I launched the app before and logged in I could instantly see my accounts. This was great for quickly login in and checking my balances. However with the new app all the headers for each category take up way too much space. The banner that sits there at the top also takes up way too much space and I cannot quickly see any of my accounts now without having to scroll. I just want to be able to login and see my balance and log out. Having to scroll might seem like a nonissue but it forces more actions than I feel is necessary. Things take up way too much space now.

  • Horrible Update

    The app update is horrible. About 80% of the time it tells me there’s an error and won’t allow me to log in. But when I’m finally able to get it (using the same credentials) I realize the interface is not an upgrade. It is not user friendly and not an upgrade at all. More of a downgrade. Wish we weren’t forced to update.

  • Keeping getting sign in error

    Very annoying that I can only sign in half the time. I cleared my history as instructed and still no luck.

  • Love Profed app no issues

    I loved the past Profed app before the new update but I’m sure after I get the hang of it I’ll love it. Very easy to navigate and user friendly.

  • Liked the older version better

    I found the older version more user friendly. I also liked having the Face ID
