  • Poor UX

    I was excited for an app refresh, but it might have been made worse than before.

    It takes four clicks navigating app and then need to scroll down to see my balance.

    In capital one app, it autologs in with Face ID and I can immediately see all my account balances.

    Every update they make just keep getting worse and worse, it’s just making the app harder to use.

  • Great app

    Some people have written that the app is clunky, but I love how many features it has. I have had no issues with Face ID with two different iPhones. I’ve moved from the area, but this app is honestly the reason why I use Profed as my hub for online banking.

  • Mobile Deposit doesn’t work

    I’ve tried communicating with customer service about the app not allowing camera access so I can deposit checks. They suggested I snail mail the endorsed checks in to resolve.
  • No FaceID with iPhone 15 Pro Max

    One year ago, I wrote a review about FaceID not working on my iPhone 14 Pro Max - well, unsurprisingly, logging in with FaceID isn’t an option on my 15 Pro Max. Things were eventually fixed for the 14, but I wonder again, how long do we have to wait for a 15 series fix?
  • Disappointed..

    Still not getting used to this app. And a lot of reviews Seem to disappear. My opinion should have based this app from the old app.
  • Mobile Deposit is Infuriating

    As someone who banks 100% online (I live in a different state- but have kept ProFed)- the mobile deposit is a PITA. It sometimes takes 8-10 attempts with different backgrounds to get it to work. Other banks I have: easy the first time. You will probably lose a customer over this.
  • No Face ID :(

    Great app but Face ID is shown as unavailable so I have to type in my password every time…kind of annoying…I’m on a 14 Pro Max…please update!
  • Pretty terrible

    Title says it all. It’s a clunky app and doesn’t work all that well. In fact right now I can’t sign in through the app or the website. Called customer service and they have no fix. I wanted to like profed but they are so far behind technologically. It’s like banking in 2002.
