  • No Face ID with 14 Pro Max

    This was a flawless application prior to getting my 14 Pro Max - now I’m unable to login with Face ID, and it isn’t available within the login and security settings. How long will we be waiting for a fix?
  • No Face ID

    Face ID does not work for 14 pro max. Is there a fix for this, Or are we waiting on an app update from developer? It says it’s unavailable within the app. For me the app was great before this. Will update review once issue is resolved.
  • Card not showing for account

    It’s saying there’s no card associated with my account when clicking on cards. And there’s an active card for my account. It use to show up and not say that. I’ve updated, Uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing is working.
  • Trash absolute trash

    Every time I try to log in it says “application error” and I can’t see my banking info. This a huge flaw

  • Meh.

    On the old app you could see which card was swiped by the last 4 digits of the card. Now none of the transactions make sense.

  • Extremely Poor

    I don’t think I’ve ever written an app review before, but I have been thoroughly disappointed with ProFed‘s new app since they made their changes at the end of October. It constantly says that there is a server error and won’t let me login. This is a critical app to have and needs to work so much better.

    I have been with ProFed for over 30 years and will likely leave and head to another bank if these issues are not resolved very soon as this is getting ridiculous.

  • Top Notch CU/New app is different needs a few tweaks

    This is different from the old App, but it’s not all bad. Could use some tweaking, but overall I like it. I LOVE that I can see all my accounts with one login. I do wish I could hide specific shares rather then the entire account. Love the saving jar but wish I could set it up for multiple debit card accounts. The ability to rearrange the order of accounts would be nice. I don’t like to transfer to a loan or Visa is under the payments tab, but know that I know I’ll get used to it. Overall, it’s a good app, I’m sure in time upgrades will be made. ProFed is the best local credit union with great employees.

    The previous review was on point. I would go back to the old version if available. The buttons at the bottom of screen on old app worked great could access everything I needed to do from those buttons.

  • Hate this new app

    I can never sign in there are always server errors! This is crap!
  • Definitely needs some work.

    This new app definitely needs a lot of work. Very glitchy and very disorganized. I hate that there’s no time stamp on debits anymore and that you have to click to another page to see pending transactions. The old app had all of that available on one page. Also, the savings jar feature is an awesome concept, but absolutely does not work. When you pick the account you want to funds to go to it’s reverted back to a completely different account, even after it’s been saved. I do like that all accounts that I’m linked to are now on the app and I can move money between different accounts. Otherwise, this new app needs A LOT of work before it’s actually user friendly. Should have left the old app alone and just tweaked it with a few upgrades instead of going full out into this new hot mess.
