Just started using September 2024
So I downloaded this app because I heard a lot of good things about it. I didn’t realize it was still in like it. I guess baby phase.
The app is very good with the amount of information it has on it. I’m a little sad that you can’t really control your subscription from the application and you also can’t see the digital flashcards either. I purchased five different packs of flashcards off of Amazon and I was very excited to use the flashcards on my iPad or my iPhone and finding out that I can’t even access them anywhere. I am on my iPad or iPhone because honestly, we don’t pull out laptops in public places often, usually are able to access our tablets or cell phones anywhere. I would have given this application five stars if they could get us digital access to the digital flashcards on our iPhones and cell phones the fact that it’s only accessible on a browser is super disappointing.

Mobile app will not allow sign-in
I have tried multiple times to sign-in to the mobile app - the only option it gives me is to sign in using SSO (and routes me to a webpage), will not allow for direct entry of my UN and PW into the app. When I go through the SSO, it says my UN and PW are wrong, but they are NOT! For grins and giggles, I even reset the PW (more than once) - still did not work. When I go directly to the webpage (without going through SSO on the app), I can successfully sign in! What is the issue with this app? This PW glitch makes the app completely useless!

Waste of money
The cards are not helpful. Just watch the YouTube videos don’t give these people any money. Plus the app specifically just doesn’t work. I bought the flash cards and you can only look at them in the browser.
Missing Flashcards
The courses are accessible on mobile and work well. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the flashables are not accessible on the app. You can do them on a browser, but it’s a bit difficult on mobile.
Annoying
It’s so annoying to log in again every time you finish one video or just going back to the main menu… it looks promising but if you have to log in each and every time you study.. it is really frustrating
Website not working
Every time I try to log in it takes me to a foreign website in Chinese and then a website called bump the chicken!!!!

Under Construction
I’m guessing this app is still under construction. The only thing you get is a screen that asks you to purchase the EKG Interpretation course for $19.99. LevelUp RN has been such a big help to me in nursing school, I was really expecting more. I’d like to see all the videos in one place for easy access and some of the other tools that they offer online. I love the nursing tips that come in the email and wish there was a way to get a new one every day on my home screen. I graduate in August 2023 so I don’t think ill get to benefit from this app.

I love watching level up RN videos on YouTube so I was excited when I seen the app I assumed there would be videos maybe so quizzes etc. instead I’m stuck with just a lesson on EKGs that’s 19.99 not sure if I purchase I would be able to move forward. But I’m not interested in purchasing something I don’t need just to move on to something else I possibly don’t currently need a lesson in as well.
