We are personally available for you in our in-app chat from Mon-Sat, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (excluding Austrian public holidays). From now on, our chat is also available outside these hours: with a chatbot that answers the most frequently asked questions with ease.

Our latest update is full of things that will make your life better: - Easy pause: From now on, it's even easier to take a break or reactivate your subscription at any time. During your break, you can remain reachable with your number for up to 12 months without paying a cent. - Saved payment method: If you reactivate your subscription after a break, you no longer must re-enter your payment method - it will now remain saved! - Roaming updates: The 1 GB roaming package is now available for even more countries: China, India, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Montenegro, Albania and Kosovo. In addition, many of the existing packages are cheaper. - 15 is better than 14: All additional packages that you could previously use for 14 days have now been extended to 15 days at no extra charge.
