Am I totally missing where you can view statements on the app?
It’s ok but needs work.
It gets the job done but could be better compared to other bank apps I’ve had recently.
I wish they would actually text fraud alert like they used to. Now they just cut access to your card and don’t tell you! (It’s happen three times just in 2023)
It wish we could add alerts when a deposit clears to our account. I know they can when you mobile deposit it’d just be nice for all deposits including direct deposit.

It’s ok but going elsewhere
The app is ok. At first the update was horrible but they’ve fixed the bugs. It is better in your browser. Our newest issue with PB is our account constantly being restricted trying to get fuel or groceries. When it’s restricted over the weekend you’re screwed! Plus, they cut off my business card months ago and I still haven’t received a replacement.

What’s up with point bank? App fails to load and my patience is gone - been “error” mode for months!!! C’mon - get real and make a decision, this is ridiculous!!!
What happened to Face ID?
Newer iPhones don’t support Touch ID! Face ID worked perfectly on my iPhone 11. Now it is no longer available when I upgraded to an iPhone 14. Absolutely hate having to enter a long password to get to my account. Please fix this!!!!!!
Point Bank App
Been using the new app for several weeks now. Not what I expected. The app needs work. I don’t see things in the app that I see on line in a browser. Guess the updates are coming. I will continue to just use the PointBank.com in my browser for now.

Can't give an app a good rating that doesn't even log me in.
Confusing to read
I like the layout better than the previous app. It’s set up more like an app which I appreciate, but it’s so confusing to figure things out and read in general. If you look at the activity on accounts, it will only show the amount deposited or taken out without showing the remaining balance in the account. Now when I add up my transactions on paper it makes it impossible to see why my math is off. Also I can’t rename my accounts, I have three and can only really tell which account is which based off the balance. With this upgrade, so many important features were taken away that need to come back asap.

Need payment notifications
My card information recently got stolen and I had no idea for hours because there is no way to enable to be notified every time a payment is made which would’ve helped immensely. My boyfriend’s bank sends notifications every time a purchase is made which I would really like to have. Please add a notification feature to receive texts or push notifications when any transaction happens, I cannot receive email notifications so I’d greatly appreciate something that just goes straight to my phone.
