Earbuds have no battery life in the case.
Cant get the app to recognize the bluetooth connection. It will connect in IOS and then just disconnect and repeatedly repair.
The app wont get past step 2 in setup at all.

Does not enter pairing mode
Followed instructions, held case power button for 3 seconds, and does not enter pairing mode (quick blinking lights from what i see online). Have been attempting this for 1 hour, factory reseted the case even, still refuses to enter pairing mode. I waited in logitech support and they said "support team is busy". Absolute joke. No online troubleshooting is fixing this issue.

First time logitech user, used jaybirds your subsidiary for 5+ years. These were given as a warranty replacement.
I am absolutely frustrated why my iphone 13 cannot connect properly with these buds. "Battery low" error. Tried everything in the book. Pay some attention and add a firmware update please.

Not worth the box it ships in even
I would give a zero if it would let me. Return started within 30 minutes of opening the box. Absolute garbage product with equally garbage app and support.
Absolute waste of time and money.
Earbuds just never connect to anything at all despite saying “connected”.
Earbuds keep saying not paired
My phone shows the earbuds paired but the app does not recognize that the earbuds are paired.
