Could be fun but …
As usual it’s the timing and length of the ads that are the downfall of the game. I’m happy to pay for no ads if the game is worth it but with so many disruptive ads it’s hard to get to the stage of liking it. For example long ads pop up in the middle of a search which is ridiculous. A game with ads is ok but in this one it’s completely over the top.Show lessSdyson
Decent but annoying
I did pay to get rid of ads. Game is fun and the right level of challenging. What i can’t stand is the timer on the main screen. Sometimes it refills your lives, but most of the time it doesn’t. If you go from level to level, it won’t count down to more lives. You have to go to the main screen. Plenty of times i have closed it at night and in the morning i have no lives. I love this game
I love this game but I’ve started again as I couldn’t get past level 177 as it was horrendous. Even buying stuff it didn’t give you enough time.
I am 73 but still have good reflexes!
Putting tiny balloons in the centre of a huge pile is cheating in my opinionFernysue
Time
The time is too short and also too many ads especially in the middle of the game. FIX the time issue or people will leave this otherwise good game.marls auckland
Dodgy adverts.
The developers of this app really don’t care about your user experience at all. It’s just a money making scam. The adverts (which appear before, after and DURING the game) are mainly fake diet pills. The X means nothing, you’ll just end up with loads of web tabs open.
The ads can appear 2 seconds after watching a 30 second ad or 2 seconds from finishing the game. Totally spoils what could be a great game.
You can use boosters (which you can pay for) and the ads don’t load properly or finish and you’ll end up losing your paid for boosters as you have to restart the game.Show lessIs this ok?
Beware- Too many adverts
I thought I would give this game a chance as it looked fun. And it did to begin with- BUT as time went on my frustration kicked in- why? Because when I downloaded this after I read a couple of reviews it said ‘few ads’ and ‘relaxing’ - misleading is an understatement- ads happen all the time, between levels and (this is the worst bit) during gameplay whilst you are trying to complete levels- which is designed to break your concentration rather than help it and that is a big no-no for me. Relaxing game? Nope- frustrating is the term I would use- and sadly- because of this I have now made the decision to delete the game from my phone. Had the ads not come up whilst I’m mid level I would have soldiered on- as I understand that the ads allow the game to be free. Shame really.Show lessgr3gg0316
Bubble Boxes
This game is good for color and design recognition. It’s great for adults and children. The balloons are beautiful and so many pretty colors. I feel challenged when I play Bubble Boxes. Thank you for creating this wonderful game. 🎈La Casadora
Pushing the envelope too far
The game is simple but fun and addictive. After a few days of playing, I gave in and spent 8$+ to play without ads. Well, you still have to watch videos to "replenish your endurance". I'm all for the developers earning a living, but that's pushing the envelope a bit too far. That'll teach me.Bashepia
Freezes
I really enjoy this game but the game often freezes. In doing so, other apps are hard to open. Please fix. Thanks
Update: on level 495 for at least a month now. The game freezes every 2 seconds and then you lose seconds while frozen. Fix that pleaseMs. SAP
Popping balloons is fun. Losing is not.
My review is a little different. I would be asking for more time, an option of “Senior Time”, so I can actually finish a round. I have not completed a level for weeks. It is disheartening to lose all the time. I’m getting ready to delete it. Who wants to lose all the time, even with memories of the fun it used to be. That’s life.Show lessMichelleBRS
