Terrific
If you’re like me, you use several services such as Netflix, Apple TV, Youtube etc. Have you ever thought to yourself “I want to watch (insert movie etc here) but couldn’t remember what service it is on? Well this app is for you.
I only have one thing that disappoints me and I’m sure that it’s not the developers fault or oversight. The fact that it doesn’t accept metadata from Prime video is unfortunate and I can’t figure out how to add Prime. shows manually.
Other than this; it is an awesome app that’s made it to the home screen on my Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple TV.Show lessBlerbyq
great app, needs some stability work
I'm a big fan of Play and will continue to use it, but on macOS, the app is a little rough. I've never encountered any problem that can't be solved by force quitting, and as soon as occasional freezing goes away, will update to five starsnbousfield
Fantastic app!
Love the app, love taking my saved videos outside of each website's privacy-violating ecosystem. Having trouble using the shortcuts (video save without any metadata or thumbnail), but the apps UI is so uncluttered and simple that it loads lightning fast – adding a video with the main window is a breeze.
One feature request: I rarely add additonal info when adding a video for the first time, so I wish I could hold the ALT key when clicking the button so it would add my link instantly without bringing up a dialog.

Cannot Be Used
The app worked for about a day. I saved several videos for later. Now for the past two days when I go in to scroll through the list the app pinwheels for eternity and cannot be used. There are also plenty of features this app could utilize for the price and does not. The tags are extremely limited for organization.Show lessNicklax27

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't had a good experience with Play. I tested it with thousands of videos and it supported the load without issues, so I'm not sure what happened in your case. But I will investigate further.It’s fine
I’m still testing, so I may change this up, but very aggravatingly it doesn’t allow you to save shows from HBO — and there’s no way to create a placeholder or a note as a reminder. Maybe my thinking is off, but I want to use this as a reminder app, so needing a second app to store HBO links seems absurd - especially since I paid for this one.Show lessJaileer

I've been a user of Play for ~10 months, and I cannot recommend it enough. It's on all of the platforms it could be on, (except Google TV) and it works good for storing literally any type of video (i.e. music, apple events, programming tutorials, tech, etc.)
I would pay $3 again for a Google TV version of this app. It's just that good.Show less*Asteroid*
Great App!
Works Great! My only suggestion is to add the ability to reorder tags! Right now, you have to delete them to to reorder them which is a big pain. Other than that, love this app and hope it keeps improving.piercecohen

I was looking for an app to save a video to watch later off line. This app does NOT do this. I can understand that it was not its intent to download videos, BUT then the description should make this unambiguously clear, especially given the title in the app store is, "SAVE videos watch later". I should not have to pay $3 to find out what it can and cannot do. It gets 1 star for a negligent description.Show lessSandy 100

Quite honestly and truly. I got this app for free and would pretty much pay anything for it. Time and effort saved is immeasurable. Thank you for this gem. Now, months later… this App has truly evolved into something I would never give up. I feel guilty using this app for free.Trent Young
