I had far too many items in my Youtube watch later list. I've moved them all over to Play, and am really enjoying it. Being able to tag things so I can watch based on my mood is very helpful.
Three feature requests (because I'm greedy):
1) the ability to bulk edit items (add tags, mark as watched/unwatched etc.) - ADDED - would be great if I could drag to a folder though!
2) the ability to add tags when bulk adding a list of urls - ADDED!!
3) The ability to auto-tag a video based on channel - ADDED!!

Great app that fills a niche!
This app fills a need I didn’t realize was there, but once you start using it it’s quite helpful! A little rough around the edges in some places, especially the macOS app, but being able to easily manage saved videos across devices makes it all worth it.EasyTarget001

Play is an incredible iOS, iPadOS, and macOS application. I use it to save, categorize, and launch YouTube videos that I want to play and/or share later. The app has so many well thought out features that are intuitively integrated and efficient to use. Play is packed with features, yet the user-interface is simple and attractive. Tags are a perfect example. I love the concept of tags, but with other apps I sometimes don’t use them because they are difficult to set (or I simply forget). But with Play, you can automatically apply tags as the video is added. If you need to change the automatic choices, it’s trivial. Simply brilliant!Show lessjbmth

This is a wonderful utility application that gets you amazing value for the price. It works by keeping track of YouTube videos by using tags so you don’t have to deal with those endless YouTube playlists that reside inside the YouTube ad-based ecosystem. I wish I've gotten this sooner!
I read about this app on 9to5Mac but for some reason I didn't immediately download it. A few weeks ago I redownloaded it and oh my god why didn't I do this sooner?! I *needed* an app like this for so long!!! The tagging features, the ability to add notes, the ability to quickly add a video I come across without filling up my playlists, being able to search, being able to add multiple at once...I cannot stress how much of a life saver this app is.
