Quick way to relieve stress
I’m so happy I found this app. Whenever I need to calm my nerves I open this app and can see my heart rate lower in real time. It’s easy to use and in just a few breaths, I can reset and be ready for the next challenge of the day.
Incredibly well designed and works
I’ve just started using 59 and am already noticing positive changes. I’m also incredibly impressed by the quality of the design and the music. Love a useful, beautiful tool that’s backed up by real research!
Need Apple Watch
Was excited about the premise until I couldn’t proceed past set up without an Apple Watch. Would love to see an integration with other heart rate tools (I have an Oura ring). Unfortunately this app isn’t something I can use without additional support for other tools outside of the Apple Watch.
Best supported guidance for breath work
I am on a mental health journey and was referred to this app by Neurodivergent Insights, which typically has great recommendations for ADHD/autistic people. I have been on/off with meditation/mindfulness apps for years and I love that this one gives context and guidance for breathing exercises and why they work for your nervous system goals. The customer service is also very responsive and very kind.

Best Meditation App!
I love 59 Breaths!!! I’m a larger person so my inhales and exhales are longer than normal, so it’s nice that it adjusts to my breathing so I don’t feel rushed. I have been wanting to pickup meditating as a habit for years, but don’t have the time to commit an hour to it. With 59, it only takes me ~10 minutes to center myself and start the day on a great note. I’m so happy I found this app :)
