Opencom not supported
So much for a premium product. No way to change button settings on my opencom. And I ended up spending $50 to get a wind blocker for the mic otherwise it was unusable in real world out door settings. (It was a pack of five deadcats but I couldn’t buy just one). I want to stop the main button starting music thats all.Show lessGigshkgzbnkydbkfdjnv

Wow! The sound quality exceeded my expectations and I have pretty high expectations. It is soooooo good to be able to ride my bike and listen to sounds again after a few years of not doing so. Too dangerous to wear any kind of inner or over ear devices these days.swiss custard.

Got the OpenRun Pro MINI and the sound quality is unbelievable. Of course for an admitted audiophile they are not going to replace the audio quality of in ear or over the ear headphones, however, the bass is incredible and the ability to still hear what is going around you is nothing short of unbelievable. I do wish the headband was adjustable as the positioning of the unit over the ear can make a very noticeable difference in the volume and sound quality. Other than that this is truly a game changer for audio listening and can not be beat for making and receiving phone calls.

Keep disconnecting during calls.
I always seem to have a problem with the headsets disconnecting doing phone calls. I have to hit the voice button, then back to the aftershock in order to use them to talk. I’ve asked customer service about this and this happens whether or not my battery is fully charged or I have a medium better.. It doesn’t matter.Show lessnoble_t8401
Great product
These are my first Bone-Conduction Headphones and I wish I knew about this technology years ago. Then maybe I would not have subjected my ears to having in-ear and over-the-ear headphones and my hearing would be better.

Nothing can find the headphones anymore
After downloading the app to try and get my New OpenRuns to pair with my laptop, now neither my laptop nor my phone can see them. Worthless piece of trash app.Tancred672
