Keep disconnecting during calls.
I always seem to have a problem with the headsets disconnecting doing phone calls. I have to hit the voice button, then back to the aftershock in order to use them to talk. I’ve asked customer service about this and this happens whether or not my battery is fully charged or I have a medium better.. It doesn’t matter.Show lessnoble_t8401
Great product
These are my first Bone-Conduction Headphones and I wish I knew about this technology years ago. Then maybe I would not have subjected my ears to having in-ear and over-the-ear headphones and my hearing would be better.

Nothing can find the headphones anymore
After downloading the app to try and get my New OpenRuns to pair with my laptop, now neither my laptop nor my phone can see them. Worthless piece of trash app.Tancred672

I purchased my Shokz headphones on line as soon as I got them and use them for the first time I was completely satisfied. Wonderful product.
This is more about the Open Run Pro than the app itself. It’s the product I’ve been looking for. Listening to podcasts in the office is easier than ever. My ears itch terribly when using earbuds. The bone conduction eliminates that. The private listening experience does not bother my colleagues. Not what I expected.
Not exactly what I had expected. I like the design and being that they don’t go in your ear. But they are hard to hear When someone is talking. Not impressed with not being able to talk to someone because can’t really hear them all that well. Other than that there are ok set of Bluetootheghiidgjk
So frustrating
So there is an EQ function but you can only select between music and speech? Just.. let us have an EQ! What a tease, I run music through my DAW and I can make these sound amazing with just a little EQ (4 band parametric) it’s not so complicated!! Have some faith that your users have brains too. It feels like the function is only there as a placeholder so support can deflect the question when someone asks if there is an EQ in the app. A cheap corporate excuse to check a box for advertising. 🥲Show lessWakothebass
