Beware of this company Scandalous **

I applied to their company to get a phone through the ACP program, paid for it, ID. Tried to contact the company, without an enrollment ID you can’t get past the automate system. They shouldn’t have taken my money because they ACP program ended Feb. 8th well over a month before I made the purchase. Now they are giving me the run around. Filed a complaint with the FCC . They are saying I didn’t enter the last 4 of my social.
Very shady, I would not do business with them again even if it was free! They don’t deserve any stars
