I applied to their company to get a phone through the ACP program, paid for it, ID. Tried to contact the company, without an enrollment ID you can’t get past the automate system. They shouldn’t have taken my money because they ACP program ended Feb. 8th well over a month before I made the purchase. Now they are giving me the run around. Filed a complaint with the FCC . They are saying I didn’t enter the last 4 of my social.

inn Useless AirTalk Worthless aka AirVoice Wireless, LLC Nothing works when my internet minutes run out. No texting No phone calls No reduced speed internet Even though they are supposed to be unlimited. Avoid Them At Any Cost! Terrible Service And Worthless Airtime!!! 1/2 of the reviews are the lowest rated. Internet Does Not Work. Telephone Calls Are Usually Dropped. IF Texts Send, They Take Many Minutes. Photos Do Not Send After 5 Attempts. 1 year ago I tried to order: A Samsung tablet & A large screen apple iPhone. The tablet was ordered, but the web software would not let me order the iPhone on the same order¡. I tried to order the iPhone with a SIM card immediately thereafter, but AirTalk’s website wouldn’t allow it to be ordered free. It wanted to be paid to order a phone that should have been free on on the first order. I texted the help line but they refused to send a free phone or a free SIM card. Within 2 days, I notified AirTalk that I had used the same model Samsung tablet. It didn’t work inside my home. I ordered instead an Apple iPad that would work inside my home. 30 days later, AirTalk sent the cancelled Samsung Tablet and refused to allow me to return it. The battery lasted 2 hours when received and 6 months later, only 2 minutes! The Samsung Tablet is worthless to me. AirTalk charged the Government $100 and me $10 for a worthless tablet that will not turn on. The Government has paid AirTalk over $1,000 for worthless service and a useless tablet. You Can Buy Everywhere Unlimited Calling Unlimited Texting and Full Unlimited Internet for only $25. Airstream & AirVoice Wireless Are A Big Worthless Government Rip Off. I can’t sign in at all. I need to be able to check my information that i can’t get on the internet.
App does not work!
I can’t log into the app. Keep getting an error that my account details are invalid yet I can log in via the web browser with no problem at all so clearly my account details aren’t the issue. I’ve tried using my username, email and phone number with my password and still get the same error that my account details are invalid. I’ve even tried clicking on forgot password and when I put in my credentials there it also says my details are invalid. What’s the point of having an app if you can’t use it?

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with! I starting to believe it nothing but a scam. No customer service at all. I have called them over and over again only to be left on hold forever. My next step is to contact relevant government agencies for help and retain an attorney. The complaints I have read mirror mine. It’s a pattern for Cintex. Take your business elsewhere!!

Totally worthless app
This app does absolutely nothing. You can’t create an account. You can’t check your status and you can’t even log into the app. Oh and I almost forgot…..try clicking the support link on the App Store and you get a 404 doesn’t exist page. I’m seriously concerned now that these people have my personal information.!!!

For some reason it tells me my account details are invalid, but I am able to sign in on a browser so, who knows.
Products for free are sucky
I have been trying to get a hold of Cintex for almost a week if not a week. I have to charge this phone about 10 to 15 minutes after taking it off the charger..I can’t have a decent conversation with out this phone going almost dead and telling me. I have tryed to contact cintex but everytime I have called Ive waited over an hour to just hang up because I get frustrated..
