Everything keeps disappearing
Every time I open a new section on the game then run out of power I leave the app, then come back to finish what was started the section pieces I need to finish are gone. Extremely frustrating.
Something is wrong!
Day three of this, please fix or I will delete. I see I’m not the only person to say something. Im about to delete

Was loving this game but since last week everything has disappeared what is up.

Ok I don’t know what happened but before the newest update I couldn’t click on anything now EVERY IS GONE ! I really really hope that everything goes back as it was that was a lot of work that i had to do twice, I bought a new phone and when i put the game on there i had to start all over from the beginning i had just gotten past the point i was at on my old phone i was so excited and then for 2 days I couldn’t click on anything
I looked to see if it needed to be update and there was a new update for it, i downloaded it and all that was on there was a empty board with all the work i had done gone no people nothing! Please fix but if i have to start over again I won’t and I really loved the game and the graphics are amazing and it looks so real i was going to uninstall it but theres no way to save your progress witch should be one of the most important things to have on your games as much as people buy new phones so much

Merge fairy
Was playing great until a few days ago I have lost all my chests and everything I had collected and every time I move anything the item has a frame around it and when I touch something else it jumps back to where I got it from please sort it out as I would have given it 5 stars but reduced due to the problems sorry

Completely blank
With the new update, I too, am experiencing issues. My entire board is blank. I’ve spent a lot of money on this game, and was really enjoying it. Please fix before you lose more players.
Not happy
Why all of a sudden has all the game crashed?? All the buildings and everything has disappeared there is nothing please fix it as its 1 problem after another 1 more problem and im deleting this game

The recent updates have removed everything except the people. WTH??? Just when I thought I found a game that wasn’t flawed, Sadly mistaken!!! Fix It
Lost 3/4 my game
I did the current update and now I only have 3/4 of my stuff. I am an avid player daily but now I am super bummed I lost everything. Please fix this
