This app is not worth it!! The only thing I see is my weight I don’t get anything else and if I close out of the app all my information is gone.i mean it’s an awesome idea but why have an app if it’s not going to provide any other information like it says it does I really want to give it a 0 star but it won’t let me.Show lessBigJwoods73
Won’t measure extra measurements
When I first got the scale, all of the extra measurements worked (body water, bone density, body fat, etc.) I didn’t use the scale while I was pregnant and when I went to use it again, I was unable to measure those measurements. I can now only measure weight and it will calculate BMI. If this gets fixed, I will updated my rating.Show lessBailsOHay💩
Latest update removed key charting features
I’ve really enjoyed this scale and app. However, the last update messed up the charting feature. It used to be when you clicked on year you could see how your weight has changed over multiple years. Now it just shows your weight for the current year. The similarly impacted “month” and other measurements. I used to feel very encouraged when I scrolled back in time to see improvements in my weight, etc. I wish you would go back to how it used to be. Then it would be five stars again.Show lessK-P,B&J
No manual entry
I like the scale, but there’s no way to enter data from another scale, even manually. So if you have prior data and you want that in your overall record, I would look for a different app and a different scale.misccrl
Need to be able to add data
There is no way to add weight data to previous data. Also, when clicking on the calendar date it does not choose the date you touch, but the date next to it (calibrated wrong).Tworarebirds

The latest update seems to have wiped all of the historical data on both of the phones that connect to itjennyfluff
Great concept if it’s accurate. Fix the App
The app doesn’t connect to the scale properly. Seems like an easy fix for developers not sure why you haven’t done it. Thankfully the scale can work without it but you can’t use all the features you claim without the app.Gman3389
Works great
We bought their scale and I downloaded the app. No issues connecting. I did initially notice it would not get full readings. Now, I step into the show and get the bottom of my feet damp, wipe them almost dry and step on the scale. Works every time. A great tool to use for weight, fat and muscle composition measurements.Show lessTurboKJ
Problems with connection and recoil of the cord
Pretty much every time I want to connect the scale to my phone, I need to quit the app and then reopen it. This should not be necessary and other reviews have pointed this out. Another issue is the inaccuracy of the scale due to the recoil of the cord to the handle, when holding the handle, the cord is pulling you downwards on the scale, and it seems like it is a force of about a pound. I’ve tested this by pulling the cord out, clipping it to something else so that it’s pulling downwards on something else, and then just holding the handle. The only additional weight on the scale is then coming from the weight of the handle and not also from the spring in the scale, pulling the handle downwards. I don’t know if this has been taken into account when the scales have been programmed, but I know that when I clip the cord out, so it’s not pulling on me, there’s about a pound difference.Show less
