Doesn’t connect
When I first set up the app and scale, it worked fine, giving me all the measurements. The next day when I stepped on the scale, I got measurements directly on the scale but nothing on the app. App says it’s not connected to Bluetooth. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times and tried to repair it. Nothing works. Looks like I wasted my money again. I do not recommend this scale or app.Show lessJR2061
Need to be able to add data
There is no way to add weight data to previous data. Also, when clicking on the calendar date it does not choose the date you touch, but the date next to it (calibrated wrong).Tworarebirds
Needs More Chart Features
The week section of the charts tab needs to have candle sticks for each week instead of a flat average. For example, I’m doing 75 Hard so I’m dropping weight fast with a lot of water intake and the first week I started at 237.9 and ended at 233.6, but the week just said the average of all with no way to look further into the numbers as you can only look back a certain amount of days in the recent section. It would be better to have candle sticks like a stick chart for the week section so you can see where you started, ended, and then the average too.
I also think it’s not right to include some of the other measurements since this is not an accurate device to be able to properly measure many of them. Take most of them with a grain of salt and get those tests done professionally.Show lessJonT4738
Works well
The developers may have made improvements because I’m not experiencing any of negative stuff being reported. The printing feature is especially cool. The only glitch I’ve noticed is the calendar says are hard to select when checking user data and sometimes the delete button doesn’t appear when swiping left to delete data.Show lessI like it better than spotify.
Does not work
Just got this thing yesterday. First it talks about removing plastic from batteries. (I bought the rechargeable one). Charged it all night. Turn it on, last 10 seconds and goes back to sleep. All I get on the screen is “Hi”, “0.0”. I step on it, doesn’t change, then it goes back to sleep.lespecialist
Amazing
Thought I was having trouble connecting to my Bluetooth at first but turns out it was connected the whole time and logging my husbands weight on my phone. I think trying to connect both of our phones at once was the problem. I’m so impressed by all of the data this scale and app provides. I just wish there was a pregnancy mode so we could track my weight gain a little more accurately without labeling me as overweight. Otherwise, I’m very happy with this purchase. Always disconnects
When I try to step first, the scale is disconnected and measures are not saved. When I step second time it saves both measures, but the most annoying part because of this, the contrast weight loss shows based on these 2 measures, and not on your weight yesterday and today. StarFit Runstar scale
This is my third one with eight electrodes. The first one I ordered was a white one. I opened it up and you could tell there was prints, footprints, and fingerprints all over it. I sent it back. I received another one. Everything looked good, except the only thing it was giving me is the weight nothing else would measure. I called them, waited days nobody ever called back, Amazonwas not helpful with the product gave me a number I called him again received a new one yesterday trying to download the app again and nothing I think I’m done with this one/company.Show lessLadyBirdBird
